Ordered pizza to be picked up, at first you were ignored for 10 minutes despite a lot of staff, then the pizza, which had probably been in the box for a long time and was therefore quite cold, was handed to you.

Ordered 4 pizzas. The pizza came uncut. There wasn't even a napkin! The agreement was to pay by card, but this was not adhered to either. After we complained, the salesperson said we should have explicitly mentioned that we wanted the pizza delivered sliced. What a disgrace. P.S. The pizza was cold.

If you order from Dieci then only the normal size which is always perfectly stuffed with what you want, I once ordered the large one they put 1/3 of what is on it in the normal size very disappointing I will never order from there again!

The pizzas are okay, there are better ones but also worse ones in Lucerne. What causes the bad review are Dieci's couriers. Reckless driving, overtaking in blind places, not stopping at pedestrian crossings for school children, I could go on with the list forever. When I read the reviews and other customers write how long they wait for the pizza, I wonder how it is possible that your couriers rush through the city as if it were a matter of life and death? Apparently they don't race through the 30 zone to deliver pizzas. So why the stress? Other pizza couriers also manage to take part in the traffic as normal. Conclusion: Pizza is ok, the couriers' driving style is underground!

I thought because so many people order from Dieci, let's try it. Black floor and surface as good as 0 on it. We have never eaten such bland pizza. 40.- thrown in the trash.

On my way back from Strasbourg I found this pizzeria, through Google Maps, good reviews so we decided to stop for dinner. Given the limited time we have, we arrive at 9.30pm and in ten minutes they make 13 pizzas. We are in Switzerland, who knows what pizzas they bring us? Very good! A light and delicate dough. Really good. It doesn't have much seating but very clean and welcoming. Italian management which is very rare, many times they write Pizza Italiana then when you come in they are all foreigners. I recommend it, prices are normal. We are in Switzerland. Don't think about getting a Margherita for €6. It's not a kebab shop! They also have variety of pasta dishes and salads. But the Pizza is SUPER. GREETINGS TO THE OWNER. I think you understand who I am. Thanks for the welcome.

This used to be my absolute favorite pizza because the dough is left to rise for a long time and high-quality ingredients were used. Something has changed in the last few months... The delivery is always quick and friendly, but the pizza arrives half-cooked and the lettuce is so wilted that it's borderline impossible to eat it at all. The ice cream is far too sweet for me, but that's a matter of taste! Addendum: Unfortunately, there was no response to my email, which I sent with the order details after being asked in the reply comment :(

We ordered 4 pizzas, 3 for adults and 1 for children. They were delivered to your home on time. Pizzas were very tasty 👍we had: hawai, porcini, picante and prosciuto funghi. I am satisfied 😋

I actually just wanted to watch a bit of Challenge League football. But the sight of the 10dieci pizza on the advertising banner made me happy. Fast delivery, about 20 minutes. The Stromboli pizza looks great. The spiciness is nicely balanced and the mild olives don't make the pizza too salty. The corrugated cardboard keeps the base surprisingly crispy. Definitely not the last time.

I ate one of the best pizzas of my life here (honestly). Even though they aren't stonebaked, they probably are the best you can get from an electrical stove. The ingredients were super good. I ate: Wunschpizza, spicy Salami, Olives, Mascarpone & Rucola. The staff was friendly too!

The pizzas are good, the quality is good, but I won't be ordering online anymore. You should check the box for additional requests "What should we consider?" omitting. It's not taken into account anyway. Ordered 5 times, not executed 5 times. It's on the email and even on the order sheet that they print out for the pizzaolos and they can't finish it, which is a shame.

Haben heute zwei Pizzas bestellt und waren begeistert! Man hat die Qualität der Zutaten geschmeckt - sehr aromatisch. Zudem gibt es auch glutenfreie und vegane Pizzen, echt cool und innovativ :) Die Lieferung kam etwas verspätet und die Pizza hätte noch etwas knuspriger sein dürfen. Aber das kann auch an den kalten Temperaturen draussen und dem hohen Bestellaufkommen liegen...

Glutenfreie Pizza: Lappige Katastrophe... das Gegenteil von knusprig, kein Rand, bekommt man woanders besser. Auch wenn klar ist, dass ein glutenfreier Tag mit einem normalen nicht mithalten kann. Dies ist eine Zumutung.
