DoReMi in Luzern

The food was very tasty and the portions were very nice. The service isn't bad but it's just not suitable for a restaurant (like in a snack bar). Drink was included with meal.

The staff was very rude and stressed me and my classmates! We didn't have time to decide. Food is okay.

This is a short walk from the ibis hotel in Lucerne, Switzerland, where we stayed for 3 nights. It is one of the Thai restaurants that our half-month hiking and semi-free tour leader in Switzerland highly recommends for dinner. Good quality and low price is one of the first choices for our alpine hiking team from Taiwan. There are spacious and comfortable seats (tables and chairs) inside the store; the toilets are also available for diners to use for free; and the friendly and smiling counter service staff make you feel at home. As for the food we ordered (beef curry rice), it was quite filling and only cost 14 Swiss francs per plate. Great!

I've been here many times and every time it seems worse. Rude staff, no joy in work, I know how stressful working in the catering industry can be, but the staff is rude and they don't even heat up the food they serve well. It's a shame, because when the food is warmed up well, it has a great taste.

Restaurant close to the hotel where I stayed. Good value for money. Hearty and good dish. A downside, the language barrier which can pose a problem when choosing. Friendly and smiling welcome from the employee! Relaxing setting.

I ordered a vegetarian dish for delivery, unfortunately it was made with chicken and I couldn't eat it. What a shame! I can say positively that the delivery was very quick.

Pad Thai very tasteless, reheated in the microwave!! The pasta was dry and the vegetables in it were tasteless. I do not recommend.

We stopped by DoReMi for lunch while exploring Lucerne. Layout: The restaurant was very clean and well laid out with lots of tables and chairs! Staff: The lady working there was very nice and she had okay English so we were able to order what we appealed to us. Food: I got the Sweet and Sour Chicken. Its was okay, not too sweet and not too sour just a mild taste. I would get it again if I were passing bye and wanted a quick bit to eat fod lunch! My partner got the Massaman Curry with Chicken. She however, did not like her meal. It was okay but she would not get it again. Overall: They serve decent sized portions of food so for what we wanted for lunch, I thought that it certainly hit the spot for me! Would I go out of my way to come here, probably not. It was more out of convenience as we were staying nearby and needed something to eat before we started exploring the Lucerne. I think 3 out 5 stars is an appropriate rating as it was an okay place to eat!

Generous food portion, definitely value for money! The food are Asian style, but nothing like Thai flavor. Curry tastes quite good. The lady staff onsite wasn't able to converse in English well as she was from Cambodia, but she probably could speak German.

Very bad behaviour of the staff. Staff is very rude and unfriendly. They can't communicate properly with customers, in German or any other language. Food qwality is OK, but not 100% Thai, its not that authentic.

Delicious. On the first visit the staff was a bit unfriendly but on the next visits they became more and more friendly. Student discount is very good. They also switched containers to cardboard which is great. Unfortunately the portions are just a bit smaller but otherwise I think it's great.

I had a menu that can't recall the name but basically too spacy that I could not even feel the taste. On top also the little taste I could feel, wasn't really tasty. Please improve because you want earn much customers in this way.

I was surprised that only one Covid protective measure was observed, namely the mask indoors. I had to repeat my order four times until it was served correctly. Cutlery and napkins are available on the tables. Anyone can touch them and, of course, sneeze on them. Chicken dry. Tables are not cleaned between customers and new customers. Am very disappointed. Will never eat here again

A nice Thai restaurant. The price is reasonable and the quantity is sufficient. The taste is average, but delicious. I like the friendly store staff. Also, there is no other place in this area that allows takeout until 11pm.

Got a takeaway based on the reviews. Shocked that there are any good reviews. Pad Thai was completely flavourless, not just bland, flavourless. For some reason the pad Thai contained broccoli and carrots and another vegetable that I can't identify (maybe courgette?!) . Pay the tiny bit extra and go anywhere else. Yuck.

The Masaman Chicken is highly recommended.

Unfortunately, microwave food has little taste. I've eaten better Thai specialties before. Prices are ok for what you get.

One of the best Thai food in town. Delicious. The rice is cooked perfectly and everything is fresh. KEEP IT UP!
