I do wish the place was a little less confusing for first-time visitors, and I'd really like if a guide online was posted about what you're allowed to bring in your bag and other general questions. There's a place to store your jacket for 3 CHF but no lockers. Also maybe best to avoid the restrooms if you can... If I could suggest something, I think it'd be good to have a physical barrier (just along the wall, wouldn't interfere with the standing area) for the merch/autograph stand so people can properly queue up after the concert is over. Because as it is now, people were gathering from all sides, getting in front of eachother, etc.
