Cozy place with quite tasty dishes. I liked sitting there, but because it's busy they want you to leave after you've eaten and drank.

Despite being busy, we were served quickly and very friendly by the trainees! The breakfast was delicious and the price was ok for Zermatt. The orange juice was almost a little too big. 😅

The food was poetic. The spinach pie was amazing. So was the triangle ham with curry sauce sandwich. Staff were lovely. If I come again to Zermatt this will be my food spot.

The last generation of the Fuchs family were real hosts. The current generation is only concerned with profit. Today I had Birchermüesli with a little cream: 11 francs. Small portion, a single thin slice of apple, no taste. They should come to Lucerne for Heini one day, then they would know what a proper Birchermüesli should look like, with two slices of bread, white and dark. I had to buy the bread extra: 1.50 for a dry roll. Never again! Get rich with your tourists who have no idea!

We ordered two of the house desserts - Apple Strudel with Vanilla Sauce and Blueberry Pie. The blueberries on the pie were layered over a half inch of light cream. Both were very good.

A very popular venue. The staff were very friendly and luckily spoke English. We only popped in for a hot drink but couldn't resist the sausage rolls and apple strudel. They were delicious.

We went here twice for coffee. That already shows that we liked it. We didn't eat anything, so we can't rate anything.

If in Zermatt and you have a bit of time on your hands like us waiting for our train, head to Fuchs Café for fine food and delicious coffee, spend a good couple of hours there enjoying various foods and drinks, little tip, go to downstairs bakery so you can see food before buying, reasonably priced.

Very cozy bakery shop -cafe. We came in the morning just to have a cup of tea. They were so nice and friendly, and the cake was super fresh and very tasty. People working there were so nice to our dog as well, giving him a bowl of water . It also has very warm and cozy ambiance

Had been there before and it had been really nice, so we went in for breakfast. Staff were polite and helpful, coffee was great but the scrambled eggs were dry - they had obviously been cooked earlier and just kept warm - and served without any side dishes and looking very bland. Overall, a rather underwhelming experience compared to the expectations.

Last lunch in Zermatt before returning hime. Great bacon, cheese and egg pie with a wide variety of baked desserts for any sweet tooth. Service was a bit slow

My two daughters (17 and 18) shared an apple strudel and a nut roll at Café Fuchs on February 14, 2023. They both started vomiting two hours later and it continued like that all night, very badly. Skiing the next day fell through. One of the two is still feeling bad now, after two days. The connection between the vomiting and the visit to Café Fuchs is obvious. I went by there on February 15th and informed the staff about the incident. The answer was simply “everything is fresh here”.

Beautiful eatery. Pastries, sandwiches, etc. Everything looked beautiful. Beautiful display window. You can also sit upstairs.

I imagined “salad” for cholera to be different than two slices of tomato and a leaf of lettuce, but overall the food was very tasty.

Perhaps it should be named no-fuss cafe instead but I’m just joking. It was rather strange that you can’t order the items from the ground floor even though it carried more variety. One was limited to those on display on the upper floor instead. It was still a decent option for breakfast. The waiting staff didn’t bother with plating. Hence, my joke about it being fuss-free. All said and done, the spinach quiche was a winner for me - generously packed with flavourful spinach.

Great hot chocolate and fast service

We arrived at 1500hr. While my donut was ok, all the jelly was on one side. Bread was not soft inside as if it was older. The chocolate croissant was not flaky with little layers. Staff was pleasent.

Nice place to sit and relax. The ambiance is awesome and the have very comfortable seats. Unfortunately my order wasn't good. The baguette was hard as if it was old. Wouldn't be cut by the knife. Croissant was dry and hard. Lastly the coffee, was watering, not good. It's such a shame because is such a nice place. Finally, we couldn't get a smile from the blond waiter upstairs. :-(

While walking around Zermatt, i decided to have a cup of coffee. I ordered a glass Café Gracia. Tasted very good. The service and the ambience is nice and relaxing.

The ground floor offered takeouts and 1st floor sitdown dining. The service speed was fast.

The cozy café is on the 1st floor. You had to wait a little longer for the service, but she was friendly. Have very good rolls

Good place to have a quick meal or snacks. They have good options for vegan or vegetarians. Lot of bread options and offer quick take away and dine in too. Had a vegan soup. I like this place and very supportive staff.

There is small bakery here to get bretzel and sandwiches and other delicatessen. We bought little for quite a price but that was good!

Instead of breakfast in the hotel, take this bakery for perfect start of the day before hiking trails.

Very nice ambience, cozy atmosphere for families or for a cozy coffee chat. Highly recommended are the frappés and wafers, which you can order comfortably on the upper floor of the café or choose from downstairs in the bakery. The prices are fair and not excessive.
