The ice cream was really tasty and the service was very nice. Price a bit high. 7.50 for two varieties. I had pistachios with lime and my wife had Amarena with tiramisu.

The ice cream tastes very good! We were served by a very friendly lady. The cones sound expensive (7 franc for one scoop, 9.5 for 2) but they are huge! You can also get a cup (Becher) that is cheaper. They have a lot of flavours.

Avoid at all cost.. never go in..ice cream is lousy and the lady selling has a serious attitude problem...avoid avoid avoid

7-9€ for an ice cream. 2 waitresses and just 1 doing something… coming back for a plastic spoon and being ask to pay for it What a shame go elsewhere it is just a tourist cash machine

Ice cream 9 out of 10 points. Relatively expensive, but appropriate for the quality. Staff extremely slow and rather limitedly friendly.

Overpriced ice cream, 9.5chf for a cone of 2 flavors.they accept only cash and the most outrageous thing is that they charge another 30cents for each teaspoon

Overpriced. If using Euros they charge extra and don’t even give change in francs. Every other business does.

Went here twice during our vacation in Grindelwald. The woman working was super sweet and let us try a few flavors. It was so good we went back again to try some different flavors. I thought the portions were equal to the cost. Cash only. We will visit again in September.

The lady who runs the shop is extremely rude. I saw her way of treating customers and I immediately left, absolutely shocking.

Waffle and icecream were not very good. Felt sick after eating them. Also, the staff wasn’t nice to me. Not sure if she was racist, but I felt like her attitude towards me and other customers (Europeans) were very different. Utensils she gave me were dirty. Wouldn’t recommend going if you’re in Grindelwald.

it was near our hotel so we decided to stop by for a quick snack since our dinner was in 4hours. we had waffles with cookies gelato and cinnamon sugar, they were delightful! also had a frappe with espresso gelato which left me satisfied. the lady was really jovial and friendly, highly recommend for a nice break(:

I ordered two flavors: pistachio and hazelnut. Both are flavor are artificial and didn’t use the genuine ingredient. The gelato is also too sweet, compare with other good gelato places. I threw the gelato away after a few bite and the money is wasted. Not recommend it at all.

I have been there 3 weeks ago after an exhausting hike down the Eiger trail from Eiger Glacier station. I took apricot and as far as I remember biscuit and it was very delicious, so I can highly recommend it.
