Had lunch at “herzlich” today. Food and service very good. Unfortunately far too expensive for the quantity. I had a small plate and paid 25 for it. My stomach was just full, so I had to buy something from Migros afterwards. And this despite the fact that I weigh less than 65kg and am 1.77cm tall. Unfortunately, my wallet can no longer afford this for lunch.

My work colleague and I regularly have lunch at “herzlich”. The food is very tasty and freshly prepared, and the atmosphere in the restaurant is pleasant. Since the beginning of the year, you have to put your plate on a scale at the end of the buffet and weigh it. So you can quickly get to Fr. 25.- per plate plus a drink, which makes a total of about Fr. 30.-. That's simply too expensive for a quick lunch at work. It's a shame, but for this reason we will only come by once a week at most.

Perfect for a salad lunch. Very friendly and warm! The clientele is great, alternative and away from work, I love it, yes I belong there, yes I feel comfortable there. As an alternative to the red house syrup, a colored bag can also be ordered for an additional charge. Meat no thanks, I'd rather eat the cows' food. I'll be back, never again.

But today was probably the last time, because Unfortunately the price/performance ratio is not right for us. At 12:10 there was hardly any salad left, a hot dish was almost empty and it wasn't refilled. The selection is seasonal, but rather small. That doesn't bother us in itself, but then 29.- for a plate of vegetarian food plus a drink? Given that the veggie buffet system is very similar to that of a well-known restaurant chain in Switzerland, you would either have to offer more choice (which is not empty) or adjust the price slightly.

The atmosphere is nice and the idea for a vegetarian restaurant is great. Unfortunately the food was not edible and also too expensive. The service was very unprofessional, we had to wait a long time until the table was prepared, including for the selected dishes and the coffee was also forgotten. We had to wait another long time for the change for the coffee that didn't come. For these reasons I would not recommend this restaurant.
