Inseli Kebab in Luzern

They sell gyros something that is Greek, that is a Greek dish and that what you get is a normal flatbread with fries inside so please if they sell gyros then find the real bread and tzatzaki if they sell gyros then it has to have tzatziki on it and that Bread is a pita that is a pita bread. And no flatbread Secondly, I ordered something new from the catalog and it said nuggets kebab. I got a doner kebab with regular meat and no nuggets. The rating is one star and a trip to Greece wouldn't be a bad idea if they sell gyros then right and don't incinerate people.

Very good kebab, although there are better ones in Lucerne, it's still a high standard and at the cheapest price I've ever seen in Switzerland. Still in 2024 8 francs for a pocket sandwich... wow. Price/quality is right here. Ambiance is a bit questionable. With this great location, why??

The Dürum menu for 13.- Fries, Cola, Dürum... Price performance is good. Of course you don't get first class service, but for this price it is really a very good restaurant

Price/performance corresponds to the location. My encounter today was very unpleasant. I wait in front of the restaurant in the no-parking and no-parking area. A car drives in front of the restaurant and parks in a no-parking zone. The driver gets out and yells at me if I'm crazy because I'm not out of the way. My reaction: There is a parking and stopping ban, a car has no place here. Answer: I'm the boss's son! Exactly my sense of humor...

Catastrophic... When it came to service, I couldn't even decide what I wanted, they just did it. There was hair in the flatbread and the meat was dry.

I have never experienced anything like this before. 4 orders and every order was wrong. 1. Doner: Wrong meat, wrong sauce 2. Doner kebab: Wrong meat, wrong sauce, onions on it, but they were put down. Therefore not edible. The quality of the meat on both kebabs was also subpar (how can meat be so hard?) 3. Cheeseburger: A frozen party is served in a flatbread. Unfortunately the cheese was forgotten. Luckily a cold slice of cheese was placed on top which was of course rock hard. Served with the wrong sauce (cocktail sauce on a burger) 4. Fries. See the screenshot. A joke for 6 francs. Ketchup would be ordered with this. This turned out to be cocktail sauce. Even after pointing out the errors several times, they didn't correct them, but we were still given stupid sayings. Any concession in terms of price was immediately laughed out of the question. In summary: The quality of the meat was unsatisfactory. The atmosphere is like a pub and unfortunately very dirty. We found rotten fries under our table. Cutlery was dirty. The service was absolutely unfriendly and arrogant. Stupid sayings are free. The last time for us.

These guys don't cook, they make art. I don't know if it's because I haven't eaten doner kebab for a long time, but it was really good. I also liked that they could speak Turkish, they got full marks.

Best kebab I've eaten in my entire life, the meat is always super fresh and in a very tasty condition. Got here at 1030 pm when many other places were closed. Ordered a margarita pizza(plain cheese pizza for Americans) And a haloumi sandwich. Simply mouth watering. We made it extra spicy and it was perfect for a late night meal to a fun long day

Delicious kebab reasonably priced located near the university. Lots of uni students in and out. #15 was delicious combo of toasted sub bread, doner, veggies, and sauce mix. Take away and eat right at the edge of the lake, just a few minutes walk away!

I went there with my wife to buy some kebab and drink to take away and the service was good. Despite some difficulties with the language we arrive to easily communicate what we wanted and be served quickly. Also the possibility to pay with credit card was appreciated. The place is not too big and offer enough seats if you want to enjoy your kebap there. The quality of the food was very good and spicy as I like. I would advice to give people a try to this kepab restaurant which is also rather easily to reach with car or public transportation.

Kebab in pocket bread 6.- Wow what a price. The portion is ok, but for this great price the meat is unfortunately saved, the bun has a fluffy consistency and is only made lukewarm. But for this price you can't say anything, really top. Staff is friendly & personable. The location is perfect next to the Inseli (on the lake), 5 minutes from the train station. It's better to get 2 kebabs instead of going to McDonald's and paying more for a meal than for 2 kebabs👍
