JOE & THE JUICE in Luzern

Super tasty food and drinks as well as friendly service. However, I think it's a shame that the food (we had an acai bowl) is served in disposable plastic bowls and with disposable spoons, even though you're staying in the cafe and don't want to take it to go.

Joe & The Juice can be found on the 1st floor directly inside the station. The rooms are small and the seating is rather tight. Anyone who comes here to linger or work on the go has to endure the loud electro music in the background. There are a few sockets. The staff is friendly, sometimes a bit stressed. The sandwiches and smoothies taste in the usual J&tJ quality.

By far the worst and overpriced order I have ever made in my life. Brownie liquid like raw dough, juices completely acidic, inedible for 15 chf a piece. Garbage!

Delicious food! Environment and staff could be more welcoming.

The acai bowl we ordered is frozen...it's actually ice cream and not a puree like it usually is. You have to wait about 1 hour until it has the desired consistency. Rather expensive for the quantity

The juices and shakes are overpriced, and the seating space is limited. The tables are small, and there's no convenient place to hang a jacket for most tables; adding hooks or hangers would be helpful. The temperature near the entrance is uncomfortably close, making it less cozy for extended stays. On the positive side, the ingredients are fresh and tasty.

Went to Joe & the juice this Sunday evening and would like to give a compliment regarding customer service. The guy working on this shift was extremely kind and made the best avo shake ever!

Great shop in Lucerne train station. The employees are super warm and nice, the restaurant has a super pleasant, warm atmosphere and the juices are very tasty and energizing!

I came in hungry thirsty and tired. Had no idea what to take. The server asked me a few questions and prepared an unexpected custom mix of veggies and fruits (not on the menu). It was surprising but perfect and delicious!

Food okay Operation flop! They have time to chat, make drinks for themselves and walk around. But for a sandwich you have to wait over 20 minutes. (almost no customers there!) Location is great at first glance. At second glance everything looks cheap, broken chairs and wobbly tables. No thanks!

Well darn. I wish I had found this place sooner. The cappuccino was a delight. Smooth, delicate flavors. The menu was even more impressive. I’m experiencing FOMO on experiencing the smoothies and breakfast bowls and juices as I leave Lucerne. 😅

White Temple Tea is highly recommended :) Used for a quick stopover before the train, it was so cozy that I considered taking the next train. Music was a bit loud for me.

Yesterday I ordered an iced latte with almond milk, which was okay.. (but the almond milk tasted extremely like almonds & wasn't really my thing), the açai bowl consisted of avocado, chia seeds, strawberries, banana and açai - granola/goji berries on Top. Never had such a bad açai bowl! It didn't taste a bit like açai, strawberry or banana... you could really taste the avocado and chia seeds, nothing else! For these two things I paid 19.-! Very overpriced for poor quality

Delicious fresh juices! Fun decor inside, lots of space to sit and friendly workers. I was only in Lucerne for 3 days and I came here twice. Would highly recommend. Especially before or after a train ride to get some fresh nutrients since it is just upstairs at the train station.

All time favourite. Can choose everyday for the best juices ever. Beautiful ambiance, friendly associates and overall "THE BEST ".

Quick Coffee and its open till late.

With 15 mins to spare before my train departure and only 2 people before me i thought it would be realistic to get my order. The sandwich was placed on the counter without letting anyone know it was ready. By the time I asked if it was mine it was already cold. Ordered my smoothie in large, received a small cup. Had no to exchange the drink because I almost missed my train, nor did I receive the difference for the smaller drink. Good food/drinks but poor time management and communication skills from employees.

Updated. Decided to give it another try today. Never ever again. A hair was embedded in my sandwich bread. I started to vomit five hours afterwards. Feeling horrible now. ——————————————————-I love Joe&the Juice, but the new staffs on site… They’re apparently not ready! HACCP? Either no mask or no gloves while dealing with money and food together. One scoped the dropped smoothie back to the cup to serve. The other one couldn’t stop enjoying his leftover shake even there was a long line. Gross 🤮

The juicer named Tabea makes an incredibly good Iron Man and impresses with her unique charm!

Well, I was a little unfair with the review. The company can't do anything for one employee. And Covid is generally treated negligently at Lucerne train station. The place is nice, the juices are tasty.

My colleague and I went to the store on Sunday October 10th, 2021 at 6:49 p.m. to buy a delicious sandwich and fresh juice. Although we greeted the salesman in German, he told us in English that the shop was already closed at 6:30 p.m. However, on your website it says that the shop in Lucerne train station is only closed from 7 p.m. Google Recession even says it's open until 8 p.m. on a Sunday. Question to the management: how long is the store open? Briefly about the seller's description: between 20-30 years old, tall, male, dark-skinned.

My partner and I are regular Joe & The Juice’s customers and we visited their stores in several countries (the USA, UK, Singapore, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, the Netherlands). Juices are brilliant and service is pretty good too. This time in particular, the guy who served us was very friendly and efficient which made our whole experience really positive. Joe & The Juice is surely a brand I would highly recommend.

The sandwiches are always worth trying. I recently had an amazingly tasty vegan protein shake. Anyone who knows vegan protein shakes knows how surprising this is.

I ordered the signature hearth and smushi with strawberries, very tasty! I definitely recommend stopping by and giving it a try. The size of the sandwich seemed small at first, but I was full. Friendly staff One star minus because the music is loud like at a disco and I would like air conditioning, it’s very stuffy

I really like this place. I normally go for the avocado sandwich, which I highly recommend, and a drink. I did not manage to take a picture of the sandwich because I started eating as soon as I got it 😱 but I won’t forget next time. Good food, lovely place and really nice staff. I certainly recommend it 👍🏻

Albeit the food and drinks are tasty, the customer service killed the experience for me. When I was there for about 15 minutes, the scrawny Asian guy was flirting with literally every girl, (even winking at them) he also told me he couldn’t break my bill...because card only? It was uncomfortable and extremely unprofessional.

Very nice and not expensive bar where to drink a good espresso, drink smoothies and eat simple but healthy meals. I recommend the Acai bowl for breakfast! However, the music is a bit too loud.

The drinks were quite over priced, however it was delicious and the staff were super friendly. Worth the price. We were there in peak hour (around 5pm), there were only two staff working and the place was fully packed. Staff could not clean couple of tables in time. On short side, place could be cleaned well after customers.

The cappuccino was really good. (Comparable to my fave Los Altos coffee place) Bonus was having option to opt into almond or coconut milk instead. Cool music in play in the joint.

The juices and shakes are wonderful and the tuna sandwich is fantastic! Love and recommend this place.

Honestly i really love this coffee it’s really amazing and modern in August when i came to this brunch the worker was really kind but when i visited yesterday and today the worker was so rude!!!!!!!

Juices are super delicious! Unfortunately, the toilets were very dirty. It's rather expensive, but with juices and local it's understandable. The operation is OK.

Like J&TJ is everywhere in the world: relatively dark atmosphere. Friendly, young service :-) very expensive drinks but healthy and freshly prepared!
