Great alternative to the boring standard catering for meetings. We had a productive working lunch with the Kaisin Bowls and will definitely do it again.

Very expensive, but also very good. If you can get a seat it's perfect, otherwise take it to the lake in the summer. The bowls are excellent, balanced and make you happy.

If you write that it is open on Sundays, you should also be open 🤨 The food is actually delicious, but with such actions you annoy customers for nothing 🫠

I'm really disappointed... I've been a customer for a long time and actually really enjoy going to Kaisin. The food is great but the portions are getting smaller and smaller and getting half a bowl for 25.90 and when I asked if I could have a little more, nothing came back, I was disappointed... Let's see if I can go to Kaisin again.

Unfortunately the bowl didn't taste like anything. When I opened it it smelled charcoal and my guacamole was just an unseasoned half avocado. I had to throw them away. It wasn't edible.

Don't stick to the opening hours.

Even after food poisoning, the different toppings can be easily recognized against the contrast of the ceramic bowl.

For delivery the application says pickup in the store, but even if its cold they send you outside… why? Because you are just a dirty deliveryguy. Doesnt matter. You must go to the back door near the garbage and you must wait there. No ring, no option to tell them you are there, you get the order when you observ you or not.

I'm there often and I'm always happy, but today it wasn't good at all. The employee always had to read what was in the bowl and unfortunately it wasn't complete. A few things were missing, but I'll still come

Very tasty and fresh, we really loved the food and the service was good. A bit pricey for a non-Swiss, but I guess that’s everywhere in Zürich.

the first poke bowl that convinced me. Avocado and mango were ripe, tuna was enough and tender and ponzu lime sauce was very tasty. Delivered in 15 minutes with Uber Eats. price absolutely fair. will order again soon!

We regularly order via Uber Eats; Fast delivery, good quality and very easy to put together individual ingredients. Definitely recommended! :)

I regularly order via Uber eats and usually double protein. The quality is still very good, I noticed several times that the bowl was only half filled and hardly any rice. For this price I expect a little more. Double protein doesn't actually mean you need less rice. I consciously order something extra and pay more.

I go to Kaisin practically every lunchtime because I like the bowls so much. The quality of the bowls is always great! Unfortunately, it has happened a few times now that the newer employees only filled half of the bowl, so the amount wasn't enough for me. For the price I pay, I want a full bowl. Apart from that, I can only recommend Kaisin's bowls. I will definitely go there again.
