I don't think 7 Stutz for a mineral is ok. Waiting time at the checkout wasn't okay either. Recommendation: At these prices, perhaps invest a little more in staff and facilities. Ps. Wähe was quite ok.

The worst cafe in Zermatt. Soulless self. To avoid

Nice service, very very expensive for a very very average food...but it s right where you need it probably.

Easy spot for lunch on the mountain, the pre-made sandwiches are actually really really good. We went here a few days in a row because the views are unbeatable and the food was on the more affordable side.

Fondue is much better elsewhere. And we paid for the tap water

Great little place in an ideal location, especially when the sun is out. The goulash did not disappoint. Delicious, and with the right amount of paprika! The beer was good (big surprise) but the apple pie was incredible. Freshly made and the apple slices have just the right amount of crunch and zest. All in all great vibe; expensive but hey that’s Swiss pricing for you 😎 Also the italian music is excellent!

Great for a sunny day on skis. Great atmosphere and fun location.

The food’s a bit expensive for what it is and the cordon-bleu doesn’t have any cheese in it which by definition doesn’t make it a cordon-bleu. The chefs at least tried to make up for it by giving me raw slices of cheese but obviously it’s not quite the same thing 😂

Gave my friend change in old currency and she was unaware. She later tried to pay with that change at a different location and encountered trouble as a result. This is not okay. Please be aware if you choose to come here that if you are a tourist they might try to rip you off.

A nice place to stop and take a break on your way down the mountain.

The ketchup with the fries costs 60 centimes extra. That says it all about this restaurant: greasy, average food at overpriced prices. But the employees were nice and the location was nice too

April 2022 It would be a great ski resort, unfortunately This only applies to the ski slopes/runs. The Zermatt mountain railways are an imposition. For the glacier area there are 2 old large cabins and a chair lift (Furggsattel) like in the eighties, from Zermatt to Schwarzene and from the dry Steg to the small. Matterhorn. The new Zermatt - Trockener Steg orbit with permanent tech. problems An unreasonable situation with total cancellations for 1 week. The new train to the small Matterhorn is out of service. 2 hours. from Zermatt to small Matterhorn. Queue times like 30 years ago. Queue up to the street. The lifts from the dry footbridge to Testa and Teodul are out of service. But you pay the full lift price for that 1 week and the staff is brimming with arrogance. Luckily, all the lifts and cable cars in Cervinia were open and worked without any problems, with well-groomed slopes and beautiful huts. Zermatt only served as a feeder route. Shameful when you consider Zermatt's claim to be a top European ski destination. Unfortunately 0 points for this price performance.

It could have been so much better. We did order one nuggets and one schnitzel. The nuggets and the schnitzel was good but its expensive for what you get(though is swiss expensive), and its dry to dont get any sauce or something to it. Maybe they could have placed some more sallad to the food than one slice of tomato. Some kind of sauce/dip to the food and some more salad it would have been a 3,5-4 star. But this felt sad to get the food like this.

Fast reasonably priced (for zermatt) food, great sunny location and fantastic view of the matterhorn

Only stopped for coffee when we skied over from Italy. Was expecting it to be more expensive than it actually was.

Inexpensive restaurant with typical Swiss dishes. The food is served very quickly, so you don't have to wait long. It was tasty, thanks to the well-positioned and friendly crew!

The most horrible restaurant here. The food is from microwave,it’s impossible to eat it,smells like dirty socks. It’s not a food,just a rubbish

Fries without ketchup!!! Where can you find something like that!?! After a quick visit to the toilet my beer was gone, absolute cheekiness!!! While I was waiting inside for food, the cashier beat up a co-worker. So unfriendly, unprofessional. Never again🤮

Nice place for a break and something to eat. Awesome view onto the Matterhorn. Food was good, music a bit loud and techie. Felt like I was in video game when all u want is to relax and enjoy the scenery.

Made a short drinking stop, well located (between 2 skis). Unfortunately only vending machine coffee.

Unfortunately the cordonbleu was too small for almost 30 chf, the hamburger 🍔 didn't even have cheese in it, very shade, for almost 22 chf we would have expected a little more...

They don't satisfy, the staff is a bit cold, the atmosphere is spectacular, the prices are really excessive for two plates of chips (abundant) and a 1/2 liter beer in a can, 25.50 francs (€23.30)

The scenery is so beautiful, the snow reflects the sun strongly, it is recommended to prepare sunglasses, the beauty of the Matterhorn goes without saying.

Got a bad food poisoning from the goulash

Nice toilets, awful service. The servers lose food and end up giving it to the wrong people. When our food (or at least an order for the same thing, probably for someone else) finally arrived it was cold and so late that the rest of the group were long since finished.

Great place to rest your legs for lunch while skiing in Zermatt or on the way back from Cervina. Was lucky enough to two days with bluebird views of the Matterhorn. The cheese Fondue is excellent and enough to feed several people. The bratwurst is also tasty. Lunch at Kasestube Furgg will live in my memory for a long time. I highly suggest enjoying lunch here.

Excellent sausage and fries with the matterhorn right there!! Cold beer and wine, champagne. Counter service, no waitress.

Very beautiful mountain station on the mountain top above Zermatt. Friendly service and a beautiful view. Had hot chocolate with a sandwich.
