The food tasted really good. But it took quite a long time until the food was ready because there were a lot of people.

Hamburger was really delicious, but served well below temperature because the guy at the counter let it sit for 5 minutes - mind you, I was the first customer at 12, so not a busy time. Very good dessert served on greasy plates, we noticed that too late, at first I thought they were scratched. Pity, and “bravo” to the cook. Edit after restaurant’s response: yep, you do have a pager, it’s how you use it that makes a difference between hot food and lukewarm meal.

Super tasty burgers! Above all, something a little different than just the “Mc Donald’s standard”. Incredibly flavorful and delicious.

We ordered the Forestier and the Veggie burgers, with big sweet potato fries and small normal fries. Both burgers were delicious, the veggie option was original and had a lot of taste. The fries were cooked to perfection !

I just wanted to share my experience from today when my family and I visited your hamburger place. Overall, it was quite disappointing, and I thought it would be helpful to provide some feedback. First off, we ordered four hamburgers without cheese, but unfortunately, they all came with cheese. The person who made the burgers had to remove the cheese, and while they offered to make new ones, we were already waiting for quite a long time. So, we decided not to wait any longer and went ahead with the cheeseless burgers, even though it wasn't what we originally wanted. To make matters worse, all the hamburgers were overcooked and extremely dry. They were really hard to eat, like chewing on cardboard. I ended up returning mine and asked for a new one because I simply can't enjoy an overcooked burger, especially considering the price we paid. Despite having to wait again, the second burger, although still not cooked to medium as I had requested, was slightly better. At that point, we were so hungry that we decided to settle for it. On top of the food issues, the cashier's service wasn't very pleasant, and they made quite a few mistakes with our order. It was really frustrating and put a damper on the entire experience. We had actually enjoyed a great breakfast at your branch in the city center earlier today, which made this hamburger disappointment even more surprising. Overall, I have to say that the whole experience was a letdown. The food quality was below average, the service was lacking, and it simply didn't meet our expectations. It's a shame because we had high hopes, considering our positive experience earlier. Hopefully, you can take this feedback into account and make some improvements. Thanks for listening. Oh, and I almost forgot to mention something else that bothered us during our visit. The ketchup and mayonnaise provided with the burgers were simply awful. The taste was off, and it felt like so bad and far as it should it be. It's such a shame, but in this case, they made it even worse. To be honest, after eating the hamburgers, I felt a bit queasy. It's never a good sign when the food makes you feel like you might get sick. I'm not sure if it was the overcooked patties or something else, but it definitely left a bad taste in our mouths, both literally and figuratively. I hope you find this additional feedback helpful in improving the overall dining experience. Fries were good tho.

Burger was very dry and doesn’t have any taste of sauce. Also, pretty concerned about the hygiene of this place: basically the same guy flip the bun and meat with bare hand, then with the same hand take orders and card machine

I ordered the crispy chicken, and it was about 5mm thick, overcooked, and really nothing to write home about. Sweet potato fries were passable. For the price, it was quite disappointing. I honestly regretted not going to another food booth.

I had the same chicken Burger a few weeks apart. Once it was delicious and juice, the coleslaw nice and fresh. Yesterday the burger was dry, unappetizing and the coleslaw a completely mushy. Very inconsistent

We have tried the burgers classic and french and they are really good. The price is a bit expensive but not the most expensive. The service in manufacture is very friendly. We recomend it.

I was here today. I ordered fries and a classic burger (no porc meat/bacon). I firstly ate my fries and only then tried my burger to notice that It was the wrong one: bbq with bacon - since I don’t eat pork meat I was devastated and extremely upset/sad- I went to the waiter and told him they made a mistake which has caused me to eat pork meat even though I don’t eat it at all - instead of an apology he told me ‚why are you coming now when you ordered half an hour ago?‘ without acknowledging his fault or apologising genuinely. I explained that I only just now took the first bite and didn’t notice before so he agreed to take it back. I didn’t get my money back even though I tried to explain twice that it wasn’t ok and that it made me lose my appetite as I was really sad and devastated! I tried to argue with him but he wasn’t listening. I never thought this place would have such bad service!!! Never again!!!

One of the best burgers in Basel. I tried them when they opened at the Gundeli and I wasn’t impressed so happy to see how much they improved. Would be nice if they would offer bagels as well since I see in the reviews for one of their other locations that they are very good.

Decent prices and portions for Basel. Friendly staff. Free toilet downstairs.

Wow! Now that is some real gourmet burgers. I tried the BBQ one and it was simply delicious (and as messy to eat as it is tasty :p). Will definitely go back, to me, this is the best burger in Basel.

I ordered Valentines Box for dinner for the Special Day today. Delivery came exactly to the agreed schedule, all ingredients were fresh and tasty , explanation how to prepare the food was very clear and easy to follow. We had a delicious special dinner and will for sure order again in close future. Thank you.

Tried their Klara outlet today, since Gundeli outlet's burgers are great (but closed Sunday lunchtimes). I think it's important to support restaurants during these crazy pandemic times. I figured ordering it for 12pm would be good - should be no delays - I figured wrong. My son went in to pick up the burgers at 2 or 3 mins past 12, only to see the chef had no idea there was an order in the system - he was only just setting up for the afternoon. Over 20 mins later we finally get our burgers. I can see the La Manufacture management are aiming for great burgers, and great service - so I expect them to do something about this - these burgers are not cheap. This is either a problem with management who need to make sure the chef starts working early enough to satisfy orders. Or, it is a problem with the chef who could not be bothered to do his job properly.

Usually always good, but unfortunately the burgers arrive cold when you order them home... even in the middle of summer when you only live a few blocks away. A pity!

I paid 18 chf and expected a burger with a side dish. But all I got was a small single burger. I never thought to buy such an expensive burger and not that tasty, the meat was a bit dry, the bacon overcooked. And finally, the service was mediocre. Never again!

The burger was cold. When we asked at the counter whether the meat could at least be warmed briefly again, the chef said: "This is not my problem." For 23.- this reaction is really shitty!

The burgers are great! My only suggestion as Brazilian would be to blend the açaí with banana or other fruit a bit sweeter, so the açaí don't get too sour.

Had the chicken, cooked just right, still juicy. The guacamole is really good and they are not stingy with a portion size.didnt have the fries myself, but they looked and smelled yummy!

Delicious vegan burger; Unfortunately, unfriendly service who barely understands German, you only get an absurdly tiny bowl of sauce with the fries (despite asking) & the prices are mercilessly overpriced. A pity!
