No Cola Zero or regular Cola although ordered, alternative ice tea or mineral water. The staff only spoke to them in English and could hardly speak any German. You won't see us anymore

I came to Basel a year ago and since I came here I have eaten at all McDonald's restaurants in this city. Undoubtedly the best McDonald's restaurant in Basel. This place is really good, the staff is friendly and the service is very fast.

Very nice and clean restaurant. You can order at a terminal and then pay with card or with cash at the checkout. The food is then brought to the seat very quickly by the employees. Taste really great. The toilet is protected by a PIN code, which can be found on the receipt that you receive after payment. Everything is very uncomplicated and hygienic. We will definitely eat something there very often 😋

Picture book McDonalds... I really have to say it was extremely good. No flabby meat but rather deluxe, the roll is super fine. And really supppper fine sauces and well dosed. The salad was fresh etc… by far the best I've had so far!

As a business traveler, I eat at McDonald's throughout Europe. But the burger bread has never tasted so rubbery and so old. What could be the reason? Very strange. After taking a few bites I had to leave out the bread altogether and only ate the meat, there was no other option. I ordered a double cheeseburger and chicken burger.

I ordered a menu at the checkout with an additional charge for the beer. Only after paying was I informed that there was no beer. I explained the beer had an additional charge in the menu. This was rejected by the staff. So beer paid and coke received. Cola warm broth despite ice. I don't want to go to this store anymore

Ok not gonna lie I don’t enjoy fast food and McDonald’s would be a last pic for me but my friend and I were running late and we just decided to grab a quick bite. It was sooooo good haha the chicken nuggies tasted exactly like they did when I was a kid and the views were incredible lol I actually really really enjoyed my meal- with nuggies and fries you can’t go wrong. It was a pleasant meal and I was happy to have accepted eating fast food for once

Very satisfied. I didn't have much time as I only had a short transfer time at the train station. I walked to the Swiss McDonald's with my luggage because there are no gluten-free burgers in the German McDonald's. It's been years since I've been able to eat a burger. That's why I took my chance in Basel :) When I got there, everything happened very quickly. I was able to pay in euros (only cash notes are accepted) and got the change back in Swiss currency. The gluten-free burger felt like it was ready after just 20 to 30 seconds and I had enough time to take my next train without rushing. Very cool 👍

I have often observed that individual employees do not take hygiene very seriously. Cash is collected and then fries are filled. Burgers are served without gloves, with people scratching their noses in between (I have videos) Clothing: Often people work in the kitchen with the same jeans that they wear outside. I asked the staff once and someone called himself “manager” came. He wanted to make me feel stupid, it was only when I mentioned the videos that he started to listen up. Of course I can't give this away for data protection reasons. What really surprised me was that supplies (rolls) are delivered in a private car (Sundays) and without refrigeration. I won't go to this branch anymore!!

The manager just yells and is as rude as anything. Even with a full house, she has nothing better to do than yell at the staff instead of helping out. The staff are actually nice and the food is as it should be, but the lady ruins what little ambience there is. It's better to continue on to Claraplatz - everyone is decent there, including the boss.
