The meal was good but nothing more. At no point do we say Wow. The room is a little cold, the waiters are uncommunicative and open, they are polite and kind but at the slightest question they are a little helpless. Anyone who reads our reviews knows that we often go to gourmet restaurants. ;-) Unfortunately, there was once again the feeling that - if you have been in the business long enough - you will simply be valued more and more highly. This is not always justified. Unfortunately, for a level of 18 Gault Millau points and 2 Michelin stars, it's a bit disappointing. The dishes are certainly delicious and at a gourmet level. But we think anything over 17 points is excessive. At least during our visit, a lot of things were not up to par, not inadequate. This is especially true in service. A Taittinger champagne to start. A restaurant like this...? Inside, all the dishes were simply placed from the front. Nothing about left-right service. We had to ask for the wine list three times. The water or wine glasses were also refilled twice only when asked. In the end, the wine was CHF 36 higher on the bill than on the wine list... Well.

The team here warmly welcomed us and people were always attentive and even flexible to elaborate in English when we did not understand deeper French :) seating was well-spaced out and hygiene well-managed in view of COVID-19 restrictions. C’était tout simplement merveilleux: les goûts sont exceptionnellement bons et variés tout en gardant un lien entre chaque plat, (accord mets et vins superbe et prix tout à fait raisonnable), de plus, la sommelière est très compétente.
