One of the best brasseries in Lausanne! Atmosphere preserved even after the change of ownership!

Meals not good and sitting on ordinary wooden train benches with a bad back. The cuisine was not great, the meat was cooked to the point when it arrived rare and the escalope was too hard and tasteless.

An incredible place! Both the service and the quality of the dishes! To do again without hesitation.

How not to leave the premises without leaving a comment. We were particularly well received and the meal was delicious. We'll come back!

Negative points: the tables are very, very close together; we had no privacy in our discussions. The waitress made a mistake in the 100chf difference, luckily I checked!

As soon as you walk through the door, you can feel the positive energy and enthusiasm they put into their work. Thomas and Mina really do everything to make each guest feel special. You can really see that they put their whole heart into what they do out of their love for typical brasserie cuisine, down to the wine selection and of course the warm welcome they give to each customer. Our table was not ready at the scheduled time (a lot of people) but the owner was very nice in offering us an aperitif and a digestive. Good advice on wine and top cuisine in the spirit of this brasserie restaurant (good shallot flank steak). I hadn't been back for years and it was a pleasure, I will go back.

Such a great address in Lausanne! A Parisian bistro atmosphere with a warm welcome to boot. Very quality products. We were there with friends and my children were with us. They are 2 and 4 years old. The heart of beef steak from the children's menu was so tender that they ate it whole even though the portions are generous and the fries are homemade, a treat! For the adults, we had bone marrow, fish of the moment, vinzel fritters (malakoffs), calf's liver and lamb shank. It's hard to say which was better. We loved it ! The new owners are from the hotel industry and it shows, they want us to feel good and have planned a magnificent selection of wines... we let ourselves be tempted and it was happiness.

Little nugget: between a very warm welcome and atmosphere and delicious cuisine, a must when I come to Lausanne! 👌

Which place ! From eggs and mayonnaise to the traditional marrow bone... the fondue vigneronne and the Parisian entrecôtes at the top! A magnificent wine list (Swiss, French and Italian!). We opted for Pouilly-Fumé, then Satyre (pinot noir) and to finish a superb Croze from Domaine Gaillard. Thanks to the new bosses for their smile and welcome. See you soon, that’s a certainty!

The reliable Lausanne institution seems to have undergone a change of ownership since January 2024. The quality of service and the region's meticulous wine list gave way to inexperienced, fast and cheap advice. The quality of the meat seems to be there but the precious soul of this brewery has completely disappeared. Advice to amateurs: change your habits.

Mmmh, the Three Kings remain a safe bet. The new buyers have not changed anything on the menu, are relaxed and smiling. A real treat !

Great time in this establishment, we were very well received. The dishes were delicious, we opted for snails as a starter, the homemade butter was to die for... As for the main course, it was veal liver and Parisian entrecôte, top notch cooking and a delight. Mmmh it was delicious. The atmosphere of a brasserie is there. The staff is very professional and pleasant. It allowed us to have a great time. If you like your vegetables other than al dente then remember to specify this. Nice address where you must book in advance.

We came for the inauguration, everything was perfect, service, kindness of the staff and owners, good atmosphere and all the dishes ordered were delicious. Nice lively atmosphere inside, a brasserie full of charm and the service is pleasant and professional. The terrace is also very welcoming. In terms of cooking, there are unfortunately problems. First the positive: the entrecôtes and steaks are delicious! Very good sauces too. Other dishes, however, are not worth it, like the duck ravioli and orange sauce (a large ravioli in reality), or the mash (it looks like it's not homemade, floury, tasteless) salads as starters, with sauces which also don't look homemade either. The chocolate mousse was also a disappointment: compact, anything but airy, and the chocolate itself was not good. Mixed opinion, but for entrecôtes and steaks you are in the right place!

A sure value, quality assured year after year.

It is a historic and family hotspot that is coming to an end. Will succession from 2024 be assured? In any case, we eat very well there in a Parisian brasserie atmosphere, except that here, we are under Lausanne station.

Quality meats and pleasant service. The sauces are excellent (the 3 kings butter and the béarnaise in particular). I highly recommend the beef fillet and the Zurich mince. (I added the menu photo if that helps).

Dinner on the terrace one evening, lazy service (forgotten wine, forgotten bread, despite two reminders), meager portions (a Zurich slice much richer in mushrooms than in veal), disappointing overall.

Lausanne brasserie with typical dishes that are not found everywhere. It's a change from what we're used to, it's well centered and the service is great.

Good quality food and service despite a packed room. On the other hand, the prices are really overvalued! 44.- for three tiny pieces of breaded veal, a small pile of matchstick fries and two carrots... I'm not usually a big eater but I was still hungry after the meal. The presentation of the plate is not even really neat as one would expect with such low proportions of food on the plate. Brasserie without being a brasserie, I won't come back - there are much better and less overpriced places in Lausanne.

It's been a long time, but the quality of the establishment as a whole is still there. The setting is friendly, the service is attentive. There is the dish of the day and seasonal offerings and if that is not enough, the menu completes the choice. The products are of good quality and well cooked. It is best to book as the establishment fills up very quickly.

I visited at the recommendation of a friend living in Lausanne. All the food on the plate is delicious. Especially, the meat was excellent. I chose pasta noodles because I could choose garnish, it tasted better with a little more olive oil. The price is not cheap, but it is not a waste to enjoy this taste.
