Sweet shop and best bread in Zermatt, always freshly prepared in the morning. Nice employees and a cool boss. Highly recommended.

Be prepared to be ripped off! I ordered ONE small hot wine and the guy brought TWO LARGE ones! When I said something about it, he scoffed and said “well do you want me to drink half of it then?” Of course he charged me for two large drinks and was unpleasant the entire time. AVOID AT ALL COST

The most disgusting chocolate roll I've ever had for 2.50 Fr. It's Switzerland, of course, but that's why it tastes good. Urgently advise against.

Best place for some quick bite & affordable rates . The lady at the counter was very friendly and offered some good advice. Quite place surrounded by the great Matterhorn, train station and a camping spot. Love it.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! I honestly don’t know who the guy behind the till thinks he is! I went to grab a quick coffee to go and some pastry (which by the way wasn’t fresh, was actually disguisting and ended in the bin). When wanted to pay the guy said he prefers cash over credit card. Informed that card is all I have he said: HE SEES I HAVE 10 CHF IN MY WALLET! Excuse me? I though it’s a joke, but he was dead serious. I don’t care what your preferences are, we all need to pay taxes! I obviously paid with a card but regret not leaving the coffee behind and leaving this place. I do not recommend anyone with minimum self respect to eat here, coffee is cheaper and much better in Coop. Pastries are horrible but not even half as horrrible as the service. AVOID!

The shopkeeper here was exceptionally rude and xenophobic. He yelled at me a tourist because of small misunderstandings. I understood Switzerland is a rich country, but when he called me poor for not having cash (only credit card) was unbecoming and uncivilized. Furthermore, he openly disparaged Americans, calling me Biden. I do not understand his intense hatred for Americans that led him unleashing on me for a good three minutes. I wanted to leave the shop but he kept yelling at me. It is sad to see this kind of behavior in Zermatt, a lovely town with tourists from all nations.

Very good pastries, sandwiches and coffee right down the street from the main train station. Perfect place to grab something to take with you on a day of Zermatt hiking or when catching a train.

I visited this week and the taste was great with unbelievable price of Swiss. Even the lady owner welcomed my family and my little girl with a sweet greeting which make the taste greater. I will always think of this bakery when I think of Zermatt. I wish the bakery would be loved by many others. Especially for Koreans since I am from Korea and I would like to let them know of this enjoyable bakery when they visit Zermatt after this pandemic will come down.
