On Sunday today, the staff was very unmotivated and unfortunately it was clear to everyone in the staff that they were annoyed about having to work on the weekend. At times only the minimum and not too much is done here. The food was the best part of everything

I was tired and hungry. This was the reason I ate there. Only.

So expensive considering the size of the burgers.

This is the first place I go with my colleagues. I grew up here. Own really sad...😭😭❤️❤️❤️

I work with customers myself, but what I experienced there today is almost unbearable. The location manager THROWS the food into the bags (!!!). If it doesn't hit, the ball is thrown again. Employee meals are served in front of customers. After a long wait, the Happy Meal was also forgotten. When I noticed this I was met with an annoying look. My 4-year-old Götti-Bueb was sad. Will avoid this MC.

Waited 90 minutes for a Mc Flurry!

Eating Mac Donald on Friday evening at the Westside. The bad McDonald's in the Bern region. Was there 4 times. Burgers were always lukewarm and the bread was simply placed on top and cold.

A real disaster... 45 minutes to be served but having to get the number of my order on the many trays that were on the counter. Wrong on my daughter's sandwich but didn't have the courage to ask for a change. Outdated staff, not friendly. We wanted to have desserts but didn't want to wait so long to eat melted ice cream after having eaten cold. Put one star because we can't give any.

Short and sweet: Sometimes waiting times are too long, for example my son waits 45 minutes for a happy meal with 4 nuggets. (Ordered 12.48 - at the table 13.35) The other person at the table next door is exactly the same, and when the food comes, the employee pours all the drinks over the guest's shirt and pants and instead of acting quickly, she stands next to it until the guest gets up, takes his two children and leaves. For me, the answer to the long wait comes: “Brother, I don’t know.” Since when do you talk to a guest like that? We've been disappointed several times, we'll never go to MC West Side again!! LONG WAITING TIMES FOOD DOESN'T TAST STAFF REALLY DISRESPECTIVE THE TABLES AND THE CHILDREN'S PLAY CORNER ARE DIRTY EVERY TIME and you have to clean the chairs and tables yourself with napkins. I think that's enough, if only for the reason that it didn't just happen once...

40 minutes of waiting and still our order was not being prepared after two visits from us to the counter. Not a sorry, not a commercial gesture not a smile. Cold burgers and dirty boxes. Never seen that!

Catastrophic, for the first time, I had to ask for a refund because not served after 1 hour

Today I ordered two McFlury with M&m's at McDonald's in Westside Bern. One McFlury with extra caramel sauce and the other with chocolate sauce and extra m&m's. The McFlury with chocolate sauce was made correctly, but the other one was a plain McFlury with just caramel sauce. When I returned it, she had to refill it with M&M's first. This means the worker was too lazy to fill up and most likely thought we wouldn't insist on getting our M&M's. Just cheeky. I recommend everyone to check their order carefully, otherwise you will be ripped off.

I redeemed my voucher for 2 Mcflury's and couldn't use them because there were no more Mcflury's on offer.

Unfortunately the staff is incompetent. Nobody understands German. I ordered gluten free and got a regular cheeseburger. I asked. I was told that there are no gluten-free rolls. 14 days before there were gluten-free rolls. After 10 minutes the money was returned to me . This is not worth 1 star, but 10.

The food wasn't even brought to the table, an employee with a migration background simply put our food on the front counter where you can normally order. The food tasted strange. Burger was cold and McFlurry was runny. :(

We had an order and things worth 13 francs were not given to us and when we went to ask we didn't get it

Our food was very cold, the citizens and the fries and the frappé tasted good. Sheik wouldn't recommend it and had to get a drink because they put it on our tray. Never go there, you'll just be disappointed. You'd rather go to Subway or the others fast food shop

I have never experienced such an incompetent McDonalds. I've experienced a lot there but today it was too much. I ordered 2 double cheeseburgers without looking and got no beef. so so laughable. I only noticed it when I got home. Next time I'll take the juice drawer apart

Best service at table you dont need to order you just need to sit and they serve you like a proper restaurant PERFECT. A great way to make lazy people more lazy. i am just kidding. Its also nice for introverts who fear talking to the cashier who is simply doing their job. Thats why you should always be happy going to Mcdonalds and always order a happy meal. haahahaha

When I came to Bern, I went here to eat something delicious and sweet, as well as drink a good drink and hot coffee. I ordered a McSet (Big Mac, fries and Coca-Cola), McNuggets, ice cream and coffee. The food (Big Mac, fries and McNuggets) tasted delicious, the drink (Coca-Cola) was very refreshing, and the coffee and sweets were first class ;) I think I paid reasonably. Clean bathroom. Open until late. I recommend!

I waited 15 minutes for my small order (1 Big Mac). After 15 minutes I was informed that several orders had been deleted due to an "error". Unfortunately, another disappointing experience at McDonald's in the Westside.

Due to the situation in a shopping center, the visitor frequency is very fluctuating and as a result, the staff are often overwhelmed when there is a large crowd and in quiet times the food often stays around longer but is still handed out to the customers 🙄 In these quiet times, fries are often barely warm and simply not fresh; Pity.

The employees turn off the lights during our meal and ask us to change tables so they can clean up earlier, 1:30 before closing. We were 7 people at tables

Been waiting for 45 minutes. to my order and it still takes 35 minutes. even though I was 10 minutes. I live away from the Westside...the delivery time is way too long, even for a Friday evening.

Located inside a shopping center, near the cinema, very crowded and large place, speed of service quite normal, very poor cleanliness. McDonald's standard food quality.

In short: A 1st grade class would lead this MC better. Got the wrong food (drink with ice instead of without, wrong sauce, half of the potatoes were fries), no apology and ignored when I tried to talk to the employee about it (not at all interested in what I had to say) and ran away. Mc Raclette at Mc Donalds in Bern Westside was dry, both the bread and the meat. The raclette cheese was just a lump, comparable to a piece of plastic, zero taste! Compared to last year, the Mc Raclette is a lot smaller and not at all appetizing!

At the checkout a young man simply threw the receipt at me, I feel oppressed and I won't tolerate that. Shame, but the food was okay, just a squashed burger. However, the location of the seats should be changed.

Classic McDonald's experience. It's a shame that the toy on display for the happy meal is no longer available. Oh, and you can also clean after the guest has left and not disturb them while they eat.

Located conveniently at the main train station in Berne, Switzerland, MacDonalds is the place to grab a quick meal and get going!

07/29/2022 Catastrophic - 35 minutes (I even know people who waited 45 minutes) for the food, just because families with children have to go out to eat exactly during the workers' lunch break. Instead of waiting before 12 p.m. or then until around 12:30 p.m. until the rush of workers has passed. In my opinion, there should be a HappyMeal ban between 11:45 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. on weekdays at least during school holidays. (I'm a father myself, but I never take the kids to McDonald's during this time) Food was still ok. There were only 2 employees who served. The carpet floor should give this some serious thought. (including hiring more service staff in such situations)

They are cheating here!!! Sometimes we order a Happy Meal with carrot flowers and don't get any carrot flowers delivered to the table. When asked at the checkout they say they know they don't have any left. It's great that you pay for it and don't get it, or at least you're automatically informed about it and receive a refund. Furthermore, the number plates on the machines are constantly empty, which is very annoying because you cannot complete the order without a number.
