06. Nov 2023 I ordered a falafel dürüm with cocktail sauce and hot sauce. I received one with yogurt sauce and no hot sauce. My dürüm was 1/3 smaller than my friend ones. My friend ordered a kebab without tomato and onion he got it anyway. The hot sauce that they offer tastes like sriracha mixed with water and ketchup. We paid after eating. I had diarrhea 6 hours later because of that.

The only restaurant in the vicinity which offers food at that cheap price. Pros: 1. Cheap 2. Portions size is huge 3. Good options in kebabs and other items in Döner cuisine 4. Location is very good 5. Generally having a rush during lunch hours. Cons: 1. Looks a bit shabby at night 2. Lot of flies 3. Even though the Durum/ Yufka was really good the Margherita pizza was a real disappointment.

I've been eating here every day for a year. My friends and I haven't been there in Ramo's absence for the last week or two. The quality of the doner kebab has decreased in the last 1-2 weeks. I saw him come back today, which is a good thing.

Fast, cheap and delicious food. Advice, eat it on the banks of the Nationalquai, and you will have incredible views and very cheap.

One of the best places if you like to have a Turkish style Döner sandwich. Or even if you are hungry and near Lucerne’s Lake. This place was so good when I visited in 2018 and I came back again in 2023 and it is even better. I suggest trying the beef döner. It was delicious! We paid 30 CHF for two combo meals + 2 Cola Zero. The portions are enormous, if you are not someone who can eat large portions, I suggest sharing one combo meal to save money.

A tiny restaurant located close to the chapel bridge. Many people were opting for take away and the only person managing the outlet was delighted when we decided to sit there and eat. I was amazed at his ability to single handedly manage everything. The food was delicious and fresh. The portions were enormous and we were unable to finish all the food we ordered. The French fries were crispy. The falafel wrap had fresh veggies. The garlic mayo and chilli sauce were delightful. Value for money!

The kebab tastes good and I only had to wait 2 minutes for my food and even got it for free. I'll be back soon ❤️

The quantity of one kebab is mega. There is a lot. French fries are delicious, but I keep thinking about them since I left them. I couldn't even touch the 8 franc donner box. I was so full that I didn't think I could eat it even if it was takeout. The kebab bread is really delicious. The vegetables are in good condition. The fries are crispy and delicious. And I liked that it wasn't salty.

In response to the owner's answer, I would like to explain the situation in more detail. We were out with some colleagues and wanted to eat a kebab. Unfortunately our expectations were not met. Every single person has stated that this is unfortunately the worst kebab he/she has ever eaten. I would like to give a better rating, but in this case it is not possible and would be a lie. very good food and good employees - Ramo is always working there and he serves the people very well and does everything very quickly, a very good employee. He's a lot of fun and makes customers laugh. You get very good service from him.

Really one of the best kebabs I had in Switzerland! Well topped with plenty of sauce and delicious meat! Plus fresh, crispy fries and everything at a fair price. The owner is super nice and the proximity to the lake is perfect for taking food to go and enjoying it outside!

This experience was not only the best mega pizza kebab I ever had, it changed my life forever. I came to this restaurant a boy and left a nourished and slightly indigestion suffering man. Truly incredible food I intend to come back during my psychosis states.

We weren't taken seriously when ordering and half of them were wrong. They closed it badly and everything was crushed. Their service wasn't particularly friendly either. Not recommendable.

Very friendly and helpful staff, one person working at our visit, food ready on time no delays we are seven people. But if more customers there then they may be a delay, some restaurants look into cut the cost instead of provide the quality and efficiency, any customers countering any delay of low efficiency they may not come again regarding of the location or the food taste. Perhaps the most friendly kebab spot in the city. Centrally located, long opening hours and the boss is always up for a laugh. The price is really great at 9.- for a kebab.

It's really great when meat comes out of the warming box. This results in a poor taste experience. Better go to Baden-Württemberg for a kebab.

He took my order rudely, and when I spoke again to confirm my order, he stopped me by yelling, “Finish!” The food cost 34 francs, but I paid 35 francs. I'm Korean, so I can't shake the feeling that they intentionally paid me more because I assumed they wouldn't know better, so I'm offended. When I questioned him again using a German translator, he immediately agreed and returned 1 franc, but there was no polite apology. I never want to visit that store again.

I had to wait 15 minutes for my order to be taken even though the store wasn't that busy. I asked where the toilet was and the answer I got was “Luzern Bahnhof”. Such would-be jokes are really unfunny and should be avoided with a customer. The pizza was, well, I don't just understand what onions have to do with a Napoletana.

I eat kebab very often in this shop, the ingredients are always fresh and the meat is very tasty. But the best thing about this kebab shop is the employee Ramo. He always makes the kebab perfectly as you tell him, is always very, very friendly and very quick. Sometimes there are up to 20 people in the shop at once and he does everything alone and still does it very well. Respect to Ramo for this performance. I go there often because I know Ramo makes my kebab!!!

Extra rude staff. Didn’t even eat there because he was so rude about it when we went in. We tried ordering but everything we were told wasn’t available except for the salad which was funny because this only changed when he found out we are from America and saw that we are chunky. We went to the place around the corner instead. Horrible attitudes. More interested in the football match than customers.

I like my falafel to be cooked for longer so that it’s a little crunchy, Mega Pizza-Kebab just make my falafel wrap perfectly and have done for years, located super close to the lakeside it’s a great little takeaway to visit on the move or with a moment to spare to sit and watch life go by as you eat your treats in a multicultural environment

Kebab was good! Staff is friendly & funny. :) Had a lot of stress (a lot of people) It was still quick :) You can do it if you are nearby on foot or by bike. Unfortunately there is no parking available by car.
