There is a waitress with black bob hair who was perfect. But the other revenge, quite the opposite, was bitter and not smiling and it bothered me because a person I was eating with gave 1 star because we had a hair in a meal. The tiramisu biscuit was with too much alcohol. It looks like a frozen cake. The mojitos weren't great either. I don't recommend it.

My son and I came to eat around 2 p.m. I had the perch fillet and my son the Burger. Well, very disappointed with the perch fillet (it was white, no taste) a person came to ask me if I liked it and I told him that the cook didn't know how to make fish. She tells me that it was made in a frying pan and then I tell her no, I don't think so, then she offers to take it back and bring it back to me, but then I don't want to anymore. So we paid but here I am doing an experiment and I'm not going to advertise fish.

Nice location and facing the lake, service was good but the food wasn’t as expected. I ordered a cheese burger and it looked great but was served cold specially the buns which felt like they came straight from a fridge and they were not fresh also.

Arriving at 2 p.m., the team worked hard to make a salmon poke bowl even though certain vegetables were missing (out of stock due to the high attendance)... dish to die for. Thanks a lot! The notion of customer has a beautiful definition in this establishment. Looking forward to coming back.🥰

TO FLEE !!! I am shocked and scandalized. We came via the fork to eat ceviche because it was offered on the online menu. Once at the restaurant “no more ceviche on the menu”. In addition to being served very coldly by the waitress, we ate poorly. Pizza good but nothing more. Burger with dry bread and dry meat and almost no sauce. We had 2 Italian tartars and that’s where it became complicated. Being a fan of Italian tartare I had high expectations. We weren't able to taste the tart before. It had an old fridge taste, so not edible. We called the cook to tell him of our dissatisfaction, hoping to be able to have a fresh tartare prepared on the spot. But the kitchen started to get on its high horse because our remark “annoyed” it, as it said. He insisted that everything was fresh and that it couldn't possibly taste like the fridge. In short, a 15-minute endless discussion where he finally almost yelled at us throughout the restaurant or basically we were wrong and his tartare was perfect. We just wanted to be served again because we were hungry. Didn't accept the criticism, which is a shame. We finally got the tartares offered. Small + the fries were excellent.

Absolutely avoid! Unpleasant manager, and very poor welcome... I came one evening and wanted to eat and was told that the cook had not come. Really disappointed and not recommended.

To avoid 😂 there were 5 of us and I discovered that the bun on my burger was moldy… two friends returned theirs and boom, moldy bun too!!! Note that we had the burger made again with another bun but no discount on the bill of 155.- a disaster in commercial terms. In response to your message: it was one of my work colleagues who apparently posted the review on tripadvisor yes ever 😉. After rereading my review, I didn't talk about the burger but about the moldy bread for 3 out of 5 people and the fact that there is no commercial discount or free coffee. Afterwards, if I make a mistake on a personal level, I don't look for bogus excuses, it's good to take responsibility and be close to your customers!

Good morning. A very nice cafe, beautifully located in the center of Lausanne, right by the lake. Very nice service and really decent prices for Switzerland. There is a garden outside and quite a lot of space inside, as well as a nice, large terrace from which there is a beautiful view of the port in Ouchy and the Alps on the other side of the lake. I highly recommend it

For a casual bite and drink on the waterfront in the Ouchy neighbourhood, this is an excellent choice. Friendly service and great food and drinks. Very reasonable prices. Highly recommended and I plan to return when I am back in Lausanne!

A disaster ! Absolutely avoid. A croque madame which is not one (no béchamel, a vulgar industrial toasted bread, we have to look for the cheese... Not found! A dash of pesto on the inside of the bread. I don't know where we saw that but at least not in my kitchen, pesto has no place in a croque-monsieur or a croque-madame! The only thing that says croque is the ham, because the croque itself was dry and tasteless. It's still a shame that in this day and age we're not able to do something basic in the kitchen! Even knowing how to cook is an art and not given to everyone, making a croque-monsieur is not the most complicated thing! You really have to have two left hands to miss this! Glasses which we doubt if they have been washed, covered no better. Let's talk price: Grimbergen red beer displayed 9.- charged 9.50 Croque Madame displayed 8.- charged 8.50 So, they are brazenly stealing from their customers! I refrained from taking photos for you because it's so shameful. It's a shame that covid didn't close this establishment, it would have done us a great service.

Not at all friendly the waitresses

Terrible experience, service is poor at best. Staff lacks basic book-keeping skills and has the propensity to overcharge customers, for its own mistakes. Some of us have also experienced rude and racist behavior at the hands of the management. Never going back.

This has been one of the worst experiences yet. Never have I felt so much racism and anger towards how I was treated as a customer coming from an Asian background. I’m doing my MBA in Lausanne and this has been the worst experience yet. The restaurant does not give receipts to people who have paid their bills and they go back to you saying you or your friends didn’t/ haven’t paid the bill. When we told them they did not give any receipts, they just replied to us saying we did not ask for it but still had a distorted account of what was paid and what was not. I even had an experience of a lady shouting at me saying I was a liar, when it was not me missing any payments. They were rude and very unprofessional. It was by far the worst experience In Switzerland, even though I had paid my bill and I was VERY VERY sure all my MBA friends have paid theirs. When I told my friends about this, we all realised this has happened to some of the people in our group. It was not the first time. They overcharged us. They don’t count our orders properly. They have no system in place and they went as far as threatening us to call the cops. Do NOT trust this establishment.

I like this place for enjoying coffee, beer and food in a casual style bar by the lake side in the center of ouchy! With friends or alone and speak with fellow customers. The staff is friendly and authentic, family style. The burgers are great: better and cheaper than holly cow 😋

We had a closed party for a lot of people and the space is amazing for such. The staff is polite, the venue is big and the washrooms are nice.

A very, very nice experience and one of the best burgers in years. I noticed during my stay that unfortunately there are people who are never happy and it is in their nature to complain. As far as I am concerned, the service was impeccable despite the crowds there that evening. I recommend to everyone.

The New York hot dog was disgusting... There was even a lack of communication between waitresses. This is an unrecommendable bar.

A great bar.. very close to the lake with the metro right next door. And the must... between parking spaces on the streets a little higher up, there is the Ouchy car park. Open wines, beers and other drinks (obviously: consume in moderation) The staff is pleasant.. Try the terrace on the second floor or the one on the street.. and in case of rain, there is still the interior with two small cozy floors.
