Good and service are great, but there are only high tables option to seat down next to other people so you may feel a bit squeezed. Great for lunch, would may be skip it for romantic dinners.

Food is well presented, the portion is standard (fine for me but I would be not for my boyfriend) and quality was fine . The selection of the day has not selected/ special type of fish. Probably next time I would more interesting in trying the menu a la carta for them! Menu is restricted but I like to have lower choice with guarantee of fresh food, especially if uncooked. Service was fast. The madame is welcoming and speak English very well! Location is very small but pleasant.

An absolute con. Not only it's expensive - 52.- for a small plate - even a child would need two of those to feel satisfied, but the fish is not of prime quality. In addition to it all, the too-many servers have absolutely no manners... That's if they happen to speak English or French! Some of them seem to just not understand a word of those two languages 😭 The place is nice, overlooking the esplanade, but the drinks are quite pricey as well...

MYŌ Sushi Bar is a Japanese Restaurant in the Lausanne city center. The Chef is Japanese, so you can taste the real Japanese cuisine experience. I went there for dinner and we had different type of sushi and they were all delicious. I'll come back again because I was positively surprised. Make sure to reserve a seat because the restaurant is not very big.

A restaurant discovered through very positive word of mouth, we really liked Myo. We ordered the Deluxe platter for two, in order to discover a wide range of specialties. The variety of flavors and textures was impressive, we enjoyed it and even had difficulty finishing it. The little extra: the chef added nigiri to the scallops on request, because it's our guilty pleasure. The service was very friendly, with real warmth and a little humor. The service at the bar seeing the chef busy is a real plus, because he was adorable on top of that. We'll come back!

3 visits in less than 12 months and 3 successes. We only ate sushi and sashimi. Did not try the other dishes apart from the desserts. The quality of the fish is impeccable (wild fish except salmon). Very good dishes, even if not all strictly Japanese. The udon was completely different from the classic one, the rice (used for sushi and for the rest) was decidedly too small grained, the desserts a little excessively revisited. The chefs preparing the sushi seemed quite messy (the fish was well mixed by the end of the evening). The place is very small and therefore loud (okay, it's a sushi bar, but that seems excessive to me). Even though the dishes were served quickly, some waitresses were decidedly slow and not very attentive. The food was good and the fish seemed to be fresh, but I expected more given the prices.

For a roll of California roll with 6 pieces of sushu you pay 20 francs, for 6 salmon sashimis 20 francs, for the ceviche just under 30 francs. We paid 130 francs for 2 people, without alcoholic drinks or dessert. You sit outside on the terrace, the tables and chairs are more reminiscent of a 'Badi Restaurant'.
