Very good meal with a group of 15 😉 Too bad the music is so loud because you can't really hear yourself talking.

Terrible service, the servers are overwhelmed, get the wrong order. A homemade cold tea which is just syrup with mint leaves and a dessert for 11.- which is the size of a spoon. Really very disappointed.

Perfect, I made a departure aperitif as I wanted, they reserved a corner for me, and I was able to choose the drinks, exactly what I wanted. Simple, very good and friendly and unpretentious like some other establishments in Flon. THANKS

I have been several times either just for a drink in the evening or to eat. Good atmosphere with DJ on weekends. It's quite noisy if you want a quiet place choose another place. The choice of food is varied tapas to share or dishes. It's not great cuisine but it's very decent. The chicken and avocado wraps are very good, and the burgers too. The cheesecake was a little bland though. Beautiful cocktail menu! Recommended for ambiance

I went there 3 times and all 3 times it was terrible. The first time for a birthday where I stayed 3 hours, we had reserved a table, I ordered a drink and I never got it. Of course there were several of us in this situation and we contacted the staff who got angry when we contacted them "don't you see we have people?" The second time I only had an hour to spare, with a friend we ordered a coffee and a syrup with the QR code provided for this purpose (not very long to do and there was no one). After 20 minutes we try to tell the waitress who tells us that the QRcode system doesn't work... OK we recommend orally 2x we receive our drinks 5 minutes before having to leave. Finally, once I ate there for a birthday with a large group divided into several tables. Our table was served at 11 p.m. even though we had ordered at 7:30 p.m. and one of the tables was served 40 minutes after the others for the same dish. In short, I don't understand how they make their figures.

The table reserved for 15 was in the passage between the bar and the wall on the ground floor so really disappointed with the place to have a drink, the music was also very loud, we were under the speaker. The servers were very friendly and responsive.

Their Burgers are a treat!! I ate very well and the waiters and waitresses were very friendly and smiling. They often come to make sure everything is okay. There is an atmosphere, I recommend if you want to have a good time eating, or simply having a drink.

The pharmacy is more of a bar in which you can eat than a real restaurant. The atmosphere is rather festive. Ideal for an aperitif/dinner after work. The menu offers original dishes as well as a large choice of tapas to share. The staff is very friendly and efficient.

If you want to organize a company meal, avoid at all costs!! Ridiculous quantity and no presentation of the dish for a very very exaggerated price! NULL !

We had a great time eating at the upstairs pharmacy. At the beginning the service went really well, once the dishes were served unfortunately we had to wait 1 hour to be cleared and to be able to order the desserts, it's a shame... The atmosphere is cool, but the music is too loud for eating in my opinion.. otherwise the meals were delicious! Good variety on the menu. Correct price between quality and quantity. Very nice waitresses.

Very good food and 🍔 hamburger and impeccable service. For peace and quiet you have to go to the countryside. Lots of traffic. Exterior and interior atmosphere, it lacks colors, black is for sleeping.

I organized my birthday meal in this establishment, positively recommended by those around me, we were very disappointed with the dishes, very little, even insufficient, several of my guests had to order a second dish to be satisfied. The lamb chops (3 small pieces to be precise) were served on a sort of tomato sauce, without garnish, we were amazed, when we know that the dish is sold at around 40.- CHF (apparently removed from their menu at this day ) . The manager didn't have much to say when I made the remark to her, and it was me who had to ask her via the waiters to make a commercial gesture for us, she finally offered us a few coffees for those who wanted them . On the other hand, the servers are very smiling, friendly, welcoming and understanding, they themselves were embarrassed by the situation. I do not recommend this establishment.

I'm coming out... The waiter and waitress seemed like they weren't having a good day... anyway, it's not up to the customers to suffer their mood swings. Both were rude. Concerning the food, the waiter assures us that the chef is still the same and that the menu has just evolved. This is what we have seen, the quality of the dishes has been revised downwards, but the prices have not changed.

Accustomed to excellent crispy chicken, I was shocked to find myself with 5 poor nuggets fighting a duel for obviously the same price as the old “crispy chicken” 34CHF. It's simply shameful. The waiter assures us that it is the “chef” who decides and indeed the latter is dishonest. The map has supposedly “evolved” but 5 nuggets underground. But hold on tight, the waitress (the oldest) showed a contemptuous welcome. The bill is more than salty at the end. Avoid at all costs!!

Good morning, I strongly advise against having lunch in this place. The famous crispy chicken of the time has lost its splendor and has given way to (frozen?) nuggets of poor quality. 34 francs for 5 pieces of chicken and a handful of fries is not right… Also disappointed with the welcome with a waitress who was borderline aggressive when bringing the dishes. A very bad experience today, which reflects evenings spent at the pharmacy

The meal was good but at the time of the bill we had to have one of the two meals free thanks to the open tables card. The lady working the cash register came back to us to tell us that our card was no longer valid and that we actually had to pay in full, which we did. On leaving we came back to her to check that our reduction card was no longer valid and there, as if by magic this time our "open tables" card worked well. Morality, we paid + or - 40CHF that we should not have and we were not even offered a credit or compensation. ASHAMED!

Nice atmosphere, helpful waiters. But price-quality, especially for the very average food, is not good. Dishes are not presented in a very fancy way. Cocktails are apparently not made with measuring cups because they were way too strong.

Two experiences for the weekday lunch: The daily special is fresh, good and reasonably priced for starter/main course/dessert/coffee. Very friendly service.

A lovely bar for a date. It was packed and we didn't have a reservation, so we highly recommend reserving in advance. We only were lucky enough to have a table for an hour, but still enough to enjoy the atmosphere. Cocktails were really nicely done (very strong and tasty).

We ate the daily menu. Price for a small salad starter or main course soup with dessert and coffee for CHF 24.- Excellent.

My time, I must say that I was surprised in a good way. At first glance a little too chic for my taste, the atmosphere quickly took over and the welcome was quick but warm, what you would expect from a good trendy bar. While enjoying a good blonde, we were able to share a good meal followed by delicious cocktails for dessert with friends. In short, I highly recommend.

It's Switzerland, so I know prices are higher than my average meals in France, but 107 euros for a spritz, a tuna carpaccio, a pan fried chicken, and roasted pork with a glazed sauce is indeed out of the ordinary. The food was good, no doubt, but I cannot really make out how it could be so expensive. The service was fast and done with as much courtesy as you would expect. The environment is a sort of mix between a disco —considering the loud music-- and a pub. On the second floor, where we ate, the music was still so loud, but at least you can afford a conversation in the huge space available that, to a degree, looks more like a kind of big living room. The toilets on the second floor are kind of funny, made with plastic doors (the same plastic used to make those folders used at schools, to let you understand what I'm talking about).

No surprises after reading the latest comments. Reservations for 15 people for two birthdays, we arrive, 3 tables offered... obviously the restaurant never thought to tell us. Do you find it normal to separate a whole group for an event? Next time inform the customers it will avoid disappointments and above all we will not come. In short, very disappointed we had to look for a solution ourselves to move the tables (the manager really didn't care) Then 2 hours of waiting to receive the starter (for a menu proposed by them supposedly to save time!) ah and I almost forgot, the poorly washed salad, sand full of mouth (so there is no didn't have enough negative points) a disaster from start to finish. Fortunately, our server was incredible, smiling, very friendly, the only star is reserved for him with the atmosphere which was really nice too! Quite loud music (sensitive people refrain)

If only I could give 0 stars or even it deserves -5 stars!!!! This happened a while ago I said to myself over time they may have improved but seeing the reviews... You are booking for a surprise birthday party for 9 people! And when you arrive they tell you no you booked for 6:00 p.m. and not 8:00 p.m. but that's kidding!!! I still know what time I book since it's my schedule!!! Why would I book at 6:00 p.m. when I'm supposed to still be at work???? Already no hello, no sorry for this mistake and the waitress still dares to say that I'm lying and dares to be unpleasant!!!!! But how do you manage to still be here??? All these bad comments and you haven't even asked yourself the question if you need to improve or not???? Friendly advice, don't go there! Waste of time and morale and food not even good.

We met a very unfriendly waitress there, who couldn't help but make inappropriate remarks to us at every interaction, such as "you can do the dishes too" when my friend asked if she could pay by Twint. There you go, thank you for these inconveniences.

This is the mishap that happened to us in this restaurant. My colleague had reserved a table for an aperitif on the terrace to celebrate his wedding. Luckily he arrived 15 minutes before the start of the festivities which helped put the situation more or less in order. He was greeted by a most unsympathetic waitress who didn't even admit the mistake and took the liberty of telling him that she didn't know if it would be possible to do what was necessary. After negotiations, we were finally able to sit on the terrace and order drinks and a few platters of charcuterie (we were very lucky because according to the same waitress, the kitchen was not open at that time). When leaving and paying the bill which was not Fr. 2.50 ;-), the same waitress came back to tell my colleague that he had been aggressive and that she would not hadn't appreciated it which irritated him a little! But who are we kidding???!! I'll let you imagine your state when you invite 20 people to share a friendly moment and on arrival nothing is ready, is there no reason to be angry?? and what's more, we still make a comment to you when leaving the premises! I would like to point out that no commercial gesture was made!! BRAVO to the Officine, last night you lost 20 customers who will never set foot in your restaurant again!! but maybe you don't need it!! Show less

Great service, the 2 waitresses who took care of us at lunchtime were extremely kind. The dishes were excellent. We will come back and highly recommend.

Very nice, this beautiful little terrace for drinking a beer or a glass of wine. Our first waitress who finished her day at 5 p.m. was extremely friendly!!! Caught up in our conversation, my niece and I did not notice the time pass and were unaware that the table we were at was reserved for dinner. It was 7 p.m. and I didn't understand the inquisitive looks from certain waiters.... Despite their apparent eagerness to have this table vacated, I still had to ask them 4 times for the bill before I could pay it. Do my rating of 3 stars out of 5. Next time do not hesitate to inform that the table must be vacated fairly quickly please 😉 Despite everything, I will happily return there to have other aperitifs and my 3 star rating will most certainly increase 😉 See you soon !

Really nice, clean place and very cheerful staff. I was stung by a bee and they took care of me without discussion. Terrace at Flon and WC upstairs. The upper floor has a beautiful surface area for a crazy atmosphere. The staff is a great team.

Catastrophic service, the food is nothing more, you will eat better in other restaurant bars in Lausanne. Let me explain, we had booked for a birthday on the terrace for 12 people. So when we arrived there, one of the waitresses who welcomed us clearly told us that the reservation was not on the terrace but inside. We had to insist on having a place on the terrace and after 30 minutes we finally got there. Once the orders were placed they were missing two starters and a drink. The food is really meh, the so-called hummus is anything but hummus. Same for their guacamole… The duck foie gras sucks, you go to Migros and buy a much better one. Burgers, you go to McDonald's or Burger King even better. The cheeseburger arrives without cheese. So much so that the name of the burger says it all “CHEESE” Burger. Anyway next… At the time of the bill, we waited 40 minutes to receive the bill, we had to ask several times. It turns out that they couldn't find the bill, the waitresses argued among themselves over who was at fault. Finally we paid, and lost 3 hours of our life in this place. In short, bad experience.

Expensive for the medior food and slow service - will not come again

Error in order from a new server on 06/15/2022 at dinner. My wife ordered a "crispy chicken burger" and the waiter brought her a "crispy chicken & BBQ" in a bowl instead. This inexperienced waiter refused to change her dish, telling her that it was she who had made a mistake (even though she had ordered correctly and had even shown him the dish with her finger on the menu) and facing his insistence, my wife broke down and accepted the dish. The scene was surreal! I told the waiter that in all restaurants around the world, if the waiter makes a mistake, he doesn't make a fuss and changes the dish. Obviously, since he had just started, he must have been afraid of bringing the dish back to the kitchen and being reprimanded by his boss and he preferred to disrespect the customers. Too bad, we will never come back.

First time we went there. Fairly cold welcome, very hasty and not very interactive service. I was strongly advised to go there, I am a little disappointed. However, I would go back to perhaps get another opinion, and change this opinion.

It could have been a great evening if only we could have heard, even just, our next door neighbor. Friendly staff but completely overwhelmed... very average cuisine (incidentally 2 dishes with the same name in a different language, hello surprise when I received my dish). The location is very nice but cocktails are not well prepared. Moreover, they were served without ice due to a shortage. In this case, the waiters should advice clients and, importantly, they should not ask the full price for them also because they are quite expensive.

Don't go there... I got food poisoning. I ordered fish. The disaster I threw up at 2:00 in the morning. However, I have a strong stomach. The accompaniment was tasteless. My potato salad and green salad dressing had no taste. We were seated on stools with high tables along a corridor where there was a lot of traffic. Which is far from comfortable when you want to go to a romantic restaurant and have back problems. I was disappointed. Just the server was courteous and the beer according to my husband was good.
