Rando Burger in Montreux

The little card placed in front of the sauce is quite interesting. It makes people feel good after seeing it, so they took photos specially. The dipping sauce for the sweet potato fries is particularly delicious.

The 2 people serving extremely kind and accommodating for the 6 people we were with. Simply delicious food, best burger and best fries of my life.

One of the best in town But be sure to ask for your steak to be cooked, it changes everything!

First time , i vidited was amassing, now i visited again , the meet was chewy, like un cooked, me and freiend order, when dhow them , they said it’s machine problem.. and give us one chicken burger instead of two.. to solve problem

Wow what she discovered! We ordered on Uber Eat and there was no possibility to put comments when ordering so we called (and we were so used to being disappointed with new burgers) but we came across a waitress or rather ONE ANGEL! So kind and did everything to make us a tailor-made meal. We received the order and what a surprise! Generous quantity, absolutely delicious fries and the OMG burgers 🤤🤤 (the satay is crazy, if you love peanuts you will really have a culinary orgasm) the cheesecake and brownies are to die for! In short, a really good discovery. And maybe the prices are higher (but hey they are in Montreux so good) but honestly for the quality and taste there is frankly nothing to complain about! Ps: remember to make portions of cheddar fries sprinkled with bacon powder 🤤😍😋 PS2: thank you for the extra slice of cheesecake and if it was a mistake, thank you anyway 😄 SEE YOU SOON!!!! For me, one of the best Burgers!

I went twice for dinner with my wife and my two daughters, ages 12 and 14, and we left happy with the food and the price. Very good burgers and correct service.

The burgers were cooked rare to medium so if you desire longer cook times you should state it. Classic burger came with house sauce which I wasn't a fan of. Next time I will ask for it on the side. The 4 drink options were all out of service except the apple juice. Sadly the apple juice was so watered down to the point it tasted like water. So do not pay for drinks as it was a waste of money since all you get is water. Service host was great. She definitely adds to the atmosphere of the establishment.

Great burger spot in Montreaux. Would compete with any great burger restaurant in the US, and beat a lot of them. We had two different burgers and fries - all was very fresh and delicious! Staff was helpful and friendly, and food came out quickly. Only good things to say about our meal!

Best burgers in the region with top service! Always very punctual and efficient for take-out orders, very good consistency in terms of quality of services and products. To recommend without moderation!

Tribute to the taste buds. Perfect burgers, nothing is left over or missing, excellent bread and high quality products, essential if you go to Saint Cergue. For a place of this style, the only thing we miss is some good music at low volume to provide a little magic and sometimes to cushion the discomfort of silence. The rest is all brutal. We will be back.

Friendly and helpful staff, really good burgers. Didn’t wait long for food. We initially thought that burgers are kinda small as we saw them being brought out of the kitchen, but these turned out to be kids burgers. :) Anyways we went wit double beef because of that, but we didn’t regret decision anyway.

The food is very good, especially the bœuf meet, it's a good quality (no parts of bonnes or tissue) and it was cooked perfectly. Nice atmosphere and good vibe. I recommend!

40 minutes of waiting for 3 burgers while the restaurant is empty... not even an apology or a gesture. Too bad the food is good but the service is not good

Very poor reception, you can choose to compose your hamburger but very little patience to do so, the manager at the cash register quickly becomes annoyed and begins to speak quite contemptuously to her employee, which is very embarrassing.

Several chairs are placed in the street to wait for your order peacefully. Review October 2020, 5⭐ The service has improved and there are small details that make all the difference and surely one of the best burgers in French-speaking Switzerland. Review 2018, 4⭐ Excellent burgers and lots of choice. The staff is welcoming and takes the time to explain everything. It's often crowded and you sometimes have to wait to get seated. The offer of 5.- extra for unlimited drinks and a portion of fries is interesting.

We ordered the Classic Burger, it was delicious, the Onion Rings were delicious, and the fries were delicious and spicy, and if you want it hot, order it, well, and frankly, the atmosphere was hot. I don't know why they didn't turn on the air conditioning. The restaurant was hot.

Arriving by chance I was pleasantly surprised. There are plenty of burger brands today but this is one of the few to stand out.

I had the vegan burger and the classic burger with veggie patty. I love the elderflower drink too. It was wonderful! They were helpful in English as well, if you're nervous.

The burgers are simply wonderful as are the snacks. The service is done at the cash register where you have to pay and wait to be served like in a fast food restaurant such as McDonald's, Burger King, etc. But the staff is very kind. I didn't like the atmosphere but in this kind of place that's what you should expect (lots of noise, big families taking up a lot of seats...)

Friendly staff, burgers, fries, onion rings; everything was top notch, we felt the quality in every bite. We really liked the decor too. We will come back in doubt.

Fantastic cheeseburger, better than the vast majority even in the USA. Friendly staff. Seems high priced for a burger place (even a "gourmet" burger place), but maybe things are just generally expensive in Montreux.

Portions much too small for the price and really nothing extraordinary in terms of taste! I'll go to McDonald's next time...

We visited Rando’s back in 2020 and only just got round to writing a review (whoops) but we judge food by the lasting memories that stay with us and whenever we think of the best burger we’ve ever had Randos always comes to mind. We hope we can visit again at some point in the future!

The food was normal .. nothing special on it I came to try it and choose it between all the restaurants here at Montreux but I suddenly shocked with the staff attitude with us. No smile at all it was like we were not welcome there. But thanks in general I hope that you focused on training the staff on how to treat guests ♥️

I remember my first impressions, not very complimentary, written when the restaurant opened a few years ago here. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of my Burger to order and the warm welcome from the restaurant's beautiful and helpful waitress. Meat cooked as he does and his fries are very good. Great shop. Very nice operation and fast service. Burgers are not handmade as usual. With Swiss Raclette cheese. Large selection of chicken and vegan patties too. Absolute recommendation if you want to eat top burgers!

Clean, well-kept atmosphere. Friendly service, you have to wait 30 minutes for lunch. The burger was tasty but the meat was undercooked. Whoever likes it. That's how we serve it was the answer. Unfortunately the coffee was incredibly bitter.

I highly recommend visiting the restaurant and trying the deferent kinds of burger, french fries, and homemade iced tea 👏🏼.. The garlic burger and route 66 is the best 👌🏻 😄 The staff is very nice and welcoming

Excellent Burgers. Quality and freshness of products. Swiss price 130 euros for 5. Extra fries. On the other hand, unlimited drinks are possible and given the heat, it's appreciable. Insufficient air conditioning. We sweated throughout the meal

Bad and rude staff. Don't even answer when you give your order and they don't even look at you. Food was not good. For the children's menu you get a 'burger' of 5 diameter with 3 pieces of chicken. It is also very expensive for what you get and definitely not worth it. I don't understand how this place rates so high.

Absolutely not friendly to vegetarians. Already nothing vegan even the bread. 30min wait for the Veggie burger served with raclette cheese... If we take Veggie it's because we don't want cheese, plus I asked that we not add any during the order. I ask for one to be made again and, feeling like I asked for the moon, the cook comes to tell me that she doesn't know how to make a burger without meat/cheese and that I have to give her the instructions (?? ??) I tell him it doesn't matter, make me anything without cheese or meat. She tells me ok choose one with meat and we will modify it. I choose the one with sautéed mushrooms and onions. I was served, 45 minutes after our arrival, a burger with canned button mushrooms, an industrial veggie patty, a lettuce leaf and ketchup for sauce, no caramelized onions. For +20chf with fries!! The lemonade was undrinkable because it was too acidic. No commercial gesture

I go there whenever I want to eat a burger! Since I tasted it I can't go anywhere else, I'm a fan, it's so good! I especially recommend the sweet potato fries and the onion rings!

I have been here before and I find your burgers excellent, just a little disappointed by the way the meat was cooked today, really overcooked. Asking the customer for the desired cooking would be a plus to avoid this kind of problem in the future :)
