Restaurant Sopra in Zürich

Not a great overall experience. They couldn't find my reservation. Food was good, but slow to prepare. Restaurant is very loud. Waiter was a bit rude and refused to separate group bill (it was not a complicated order).

We had great service from the waiter K.Rackow, we were treated extremely friendly and everything was delivered to us on time. The food was fabulous and had wonderful taste. Overall, it was a great decision to eat here. I can only recommend it…

This was our second time at Sopra. It was already a hit in 2022 and today too - the tartar is really recommended, the view is fantastic... our culinary excursion is rounded off by first-class service. If you're lucky, you'll be served by Kevin from Berlin. The whole house is simply an international pleasure 🫶

Great atmosphere and the food was top. What still stood out was the very friendly service from Ms. Gagliardi. I would like to come back.

Aperitif and sweets. Everything was very tasty and top service in “Italian/Croatian”. Thank you very much and gladly again.

We actually just wanted to have breakfast here, but we liked it so much that we also had lunch 😉, which was excellent 👌, and above all we had a super nice and extremely attentive cellar from Portugal 👍, there should be a lot more like that give...

Was invited to a company event. Small appetizers were served and good wine was served. The dishes served were all delicious.

Mr. Da Silva is a polite, well-positioned, personable server. He knows exactly what he's doing! Bravo!

Eating with a view. Very tasty and harmonious. It's almost impossible to say more about it. Okay, I liked it! It's a shame that the Jelmoli department store and therefore also the rooftop restaurant will end at the end of 2024...

We went there for a late lunch. Since the weather was good, we were outside. The table and chairs as well as the floor were very clean. We found the service great. Very obliging. The food was very tasty and reasonably priced. Unfortunately the cola was only available in 0.33, so I would have liked a larger one with half a liter. All in all, we were very satisfied and will come back as long as the store still exists.

Covered terrace with a view over the Bahnhofstrasse district. Quiet, pleasant atmosphere. Lunch special on Tuesday: tuna in a peanut sauce with couscous and various vegetables was simply delicious. The service is 1a, very friendly staff. I was completely satisfied 😍😋😋

Sensational rooftop Restaurant. There is no skimping on the quality/quantity of the drinks and food here. We were a colorful group and by chance ended up in this elegant but also casual establishment after our shopping day. What topped our experience was the extremely nice Berlin service employee (unfortunately I can't remember his name) who simply impressed us with his attentive, competent and entertaining service. We didn't miss anything. We will definitely come back at the next reunion and hope to have the same service again :)

We had reserved space for 6 people and a dog in advance. We were given a really great seat by the window. The food was excellent and the portions were large. The service was really very professional, attentive and loving. Right at the beginning the waiter provided our dog with water, which is not a given. Great restaurant, nice ambience, clean toilets, professional staff, very fine food. Overall, many a restaurant in a 5-star hotel could do well.

I'm happy to give 5 points for the food because the quality is right. It's just a shame that by the time you get to your seat, the food is usually only "lukewarm" or "cold". Please increase the heat at the buffet or provide a lid to cover the food. Thank you very much.

Great location. Everything else too. But the service worker Kevin Rackow was so disrespectful, listless, arrogant and demotivated. I've rarely seen anything like that. All of us at the table were horrified by the behavior. Cards were torn out of our hands, glasses were not put in front of us at the long table at the back but were pushed. We were thrown the napkins. After we received a form, we had to ask for the invoice several times and didn't get it until the end.

Seasonal salad was very good, beef fillet was not tender and bloody (I was hungry so I ate the meat) and potatoes were quite hard. Service was very good
