Good value for money. The staff are friendly and welcoming. The rooms are quite clean. The furniture is a little dated. The bathrooms deserve a facelift. The breakfast is quite good with local products. The evening meal is interesting because it consists of Swiss products. Unfortunately I haven't tried it.

Pizza is good but other items not so great.

Restaurant with a sublime view. Unfortunately 50 minutes of waiting for a simple Burger, I find too much! Only one waitress for the entire restaurant... perhaps this point should be reconsidered! Satisfactory quality/price ratio.

This is supposed to be a hamburger but??? It was awful not sure if it’s even meat! Definitely frozen Patty of something. There was 4 of us and no one liked any of their food so I’m not sure what other reviewers eat but I would recommend you just go somewhere else. And I can’t say the service was much better!

The food is good, but you have to ask carefully what you are going to order, you may think that you have ordered a large dish and they bring you four prawns.

Definitely not a good place for fondue(( Bread is awkward, cheese is sour.

As well as a cozy feeling when you have arrive at this restaurant... I would say that the ambience of this restaurant is giving me a "feel at home" vibe. The food served hot and amazing, I started my evening with my own "Customized Pizza", the restaurant allow you to pick your own toppings as you can fill in boxes in a paper... which in my opinion felt amazing and unique... and also the taste was amazing (not too salty and the sauce is well blended and it has a very nice aroma) It was my first time trying tartare and their Tartare Maison didn't failed me, the beef was quite delicate and in a very good quality, which I find it very surprising good. At last, the dessert... I was shocked of the amount of the cream and it was the best 9.- chf i ever spent 🤣 Thank you Richemont for the very lovely and I will be back soon ! Ps.They also served seafood which as a set menu ! will try it next time !

Many thanks to Joël for hosting my brother and me in his hotel which is located in an exceptional setting. The valley is sublime, for those who love nature and the mountains, you will be served. We will come back to say hello on the bike one day, we hope so ☀️ 👋

Disappointed by the burgers! The ground steak is not good and extremely compressed! We should have tried the pizzas which apparently reflect the review scores.

This pizzeria in Château-d’Œx offers a wide selection of pizzas and views of the mountains, especially from the upper floor. Pizzas come in regular or large, with your choice of toppings. Unassuming decor. Friendly and accommodating staff. Fast service at reasonable prices.

Very simple place which makes it great for a reasonably priced meal that still tastes quite nice. Service was good with good time management. I recommend this place for a quick bite to eat when on the road or when visiting this town.

Coronabedingt sind ja noch viele Restaurants geschlossen. So ist das Einkehren unterwegs auf Reisen erschwert. Auf der Terrasse dieses Restaurants bekamen wir um halb zwei mittags wettergeschützt eine sehr feine Pizza, dies innert kürzester Zeit und der Service war sehr zuvorkommend.

Very warm welcome, two set burgers for 38chf so cool and good. Afterwards if we had been cleared as quickly as served, we would have had desserts!!

Super super restaurant, very simple but friendly service and the concept of being able to create your own pizza is very fun. That's really nice.

Experience arrived yesterday at 12 p.m.: having reserved a table for several days to eat, for 7 people, we waited 1 hour 40 minutes to receive our 5 pizzas and 2 meat dishes. Unacceptable!! In about 15 minutes, after 2 hours of waiting, we came close to getting up, paying for our drinks, and leaving this restaurant. In addition, the pizzas were overcooked, with few ingredients and much too hard. For the 2 meat dishes, not cooked properly and some (frozen) fries chasing each other... The prices are correct, the only positive thing. Not the fault of the kitchen and the sommelier. I think they did their best. The fault of the boss, who leaves ONLY 1 sommelier (and perhaps also a single cook) for a terrace full of tourists with radiant weather. And it’s not the 5 beers offered (by the sommelier) at the aperitif that will make us come back to this restaurant. Sorry, that's just shameful!

Uns wurde freundlich geholfen mit einem Kindersitz und sogar mit einem Spielzeug. Sehr feine Pizzas zu einem guten Preis und man kann sie selber zusammenstellen. Fajitas mit Poulet war auch sehr gut und das Essen wurde sehr schnell serviert.

Food was basic for the price. Frozen fries, meat only so-so. No accompanying salad, just a steak and fries. The ice-cream was as basic as the rest, not real but chemically flavoured. Paid 82chf for steak, a carbonara pasta, two ice cream deserts and two large beers. Giving two stars because it was edible (and I ate it) and the waitress serving us at least made an effort to conversation and humour.

1st pizzeria restaurant where you make your own pizza. Simply check the food you want. Plus the dough and everything else is excellent. On the other hand, the coffee... Yuck

Ich war schon mehrere Male hier und fand es immer sehr beliebt, wenn Sie nur etwas trinken oder essen möchten. Sehr freundlicher Besitzer und Personal. Immer exzellenter Service.

L'accueil est chaleureux. La serveuse souriante et les pizzas excellentes, brûlantes comme on les aime et avec dessus ce que l'on souhaite.Nos voisines ont pris le menu du jour à 17.50.- avec des assiettes bien garnies et qui nous ont aussi envie.Ce 24 février nous avons pu manger sur la terrasse au soleil sans veste et profiter de la vue grandiose sur l'église et les montagnes.Nous reviendrons.

The welcome is warm. The smiling waitress and the excellent pizzas, as hot as you like them and with whatever you want on top. Our neighbors had the daily menu at 5:50 p.m. with well-stocked plates that we also wanted. But after a pizza and a big Liège coffee it would have done a lot. This February 24 we were able to eat on the terrace in the sun without a jacket and enjoy the magnificent view of the church and the mountains. We will come back.

Ich war schon mehrere Male in diesem Pub / Restaurant. Ihre DIY Pizza Menü ist unglaublich. Die resultierenden Pizzen (14 "oder 12") sind gut gekocht. Sie haben auch viele andere Möglichkeiten. Das Salade Richemont wird auch empfohlen. Ihre Eisdesserts sind größer als sie auf der Speisekarte aussehen!

Nous sommes arrivé au milieu d'une troupe de gens survoltés, c'etait la période de la semaine du ballon. Ambiance exceptionnel.

Si le personnel est très accueillant, le fait qu’il fasse aussi bar peut s’avérer compliqué surtout lorsque 2 camarades beuverons se croisent et pir encore lorsque 2 chiens (2 molosses) se rencontrent avec un paroxisme sonore rarement atteint. On est en Suisse donc on se calme et ben non : mon burger frites avec un steak haché immonde et des frites avec le goût d’huile de margarine.....ne m’ont pas convaincu. C’est de la mal bouffe.Mes 2 étoiles sont donc pour le personnel

Sie können nichts falsch machen, wenn Sie einen schönen sonnigen Tag haben und auf der Richemont-Terrasse sitzen.Offensichtlich vor allem ein Pizza-Ort und einer, wo Sie Ihre eigenen Zutaten auswählen können. Der Service war freundlich und effizient.Eine leichte, dünne, knusprige Pizza war so gut, wie man sie bekommt.Ich habe diesen Ort für ein gemütliches Mittagessen geliebt.

Были здесь только вечером, после 20:00Классическая обстановка бара: полный зал посетителей, вдоль всей стойки сидят местные ребята с кувшинами пива, грохочет музыка, все столики заняты. Самым прекрасным зрелищем был столик с 6 дамами возраста 50+, которые с элегантностью истинных леди спокойно нарезали свои блюда на мелкие кусочки, вели тихую беседу, потягивали вино из бокалов.... а вокруг них громыхала рок-музыка, стоял гам десятков голосов, сновала молодежь с пивом в руках .... :)) В общем, представьте королеву Англии с подружками в рок-баре :)Местное разливное пиво очень вкусное - и светлое, и темное, не сильно дорогое (7 CHF\0,5л).Днем не были, но местные говорили, что горячие блюда готовят здесь очень вкусно.

Nous avons très bien dîné au Richemont.La nourriture était copieuse et savoureuse.Le médaillon au chocolat a particulièrement plu à mon épouse.Mais au delà de leur accueil souriant et chaleureux, nous avons particulièrement apprécié que le patron nous propose spontanément de nous faire raccompagner en voiture à notre chalet car nous étions venu à pied et qu'un orage avait éclaté durant la soirée.Ainsi le cuisinier n'a pas hésité à quitter ses fourneaux pour nous ramener avec sa voiture perso.Et le tout avec un grand sourire!!!Bravo et merci encore.

Afin de changer un peu des mets fromagés proposés dans le pays d’EnHaut, nous avons poussé par hasard les portes de Richemont un soir de semaine.Beaucoup de monde, nous avons quand même trouvé une table haute pour dîner. Pizzas « à la carte », on part d’une Regina et on ajoute des ingrédients au fur et à mesure ... ce qui peut vite rendre le prix de la pizza indécent !De fait, le service est long ... puisque beaucoup de gens commandent par téléphone et viennent chercher les pizzas pendant le service, c’est le seul point négatif.Un dîner simple, personnel sympa mais un peu débordé par moment.

Die Pizza war ausgezeichnet, da man im Grunde seine eigenen Beläge wählen kann. Leider war der Hamburger im Vergleich arm. Freundliches und Englisch sprechendes Personal. Das Bier ist teurer als andere Bars im Dorf.
