The sushi shop Geneva is still much better the accompaniment with cabbage which with the sushi it is simply not good I am shop from Nyon poorly seasoned a bad taste a little from the fridge and the accompaniment of beans normally is fresh with a little salty taste well cleaned in Geneva in Nyon there are not many there are two three who fight they are not salty not clean they have a little bad taste me who likes it I am very disappointed when with sushi often they arrived badly cut the fish has like stab wounds it's like pieces of fish put back on top it's very good but it's a shame we're used to better when you're used to Geneva sushi you can do better please Geneva the tray of cabbage and beans and good fresh and generous it overflows here there is a bottom not very good.

I must admit that I am not a big fan of sushi, but my visit to the sushi shop in Nyon was a pleasant surprise! The quality of the food is undeniably high and I was particularly touched by the warm welcome from the two managers. An address that I recommend, even for those who, like me, are usually reluctant to eat sushi. Well done and thank you for this great experience!

If the sushi is good, the service frankly leaves something to be desired. Last Monday, order placed via their website at 6:40 p.m., with delivery option. Estimated delivery time: 7:30-40 p.m. At 8 p.m., we received a notification that the order had been delivered, which was absolutely not the case. It is impossible to contact them by telephone, their paid number being only reserved for landlines. Finally, at 8:45 p.m. I went to the Nyon shop to tell them what I thought of their service, only to be told that the delivery man was on his way. Order finally received at 8:55 p.m. Almost 1h30 late + unnecessary travel. And no customer service news...

Great service, nice place (albeit a bit quiet), terrible sushi. Avocado was unripe, tuna tasted old, and I don't know what they're doing to their prawn tempura but they need to stop it, because the stuff in the refrigerator was worse than the stuff in migros, and way more expensive. The staff were very helpful however, and the service was quick and easy, and child-friendly.

Experience at the sushi shop in Nyon. So for a first experience in this one! A very bad welcome by the girl at the counter who has a very arrogant way of speaking and who I think is inadequate to keep these customers. The colleagues in the back also laugh a lot instead of doing their work. This sushi shop is expensive, we hope to find good merchandise there, but we are given sushi in boxes when we eat there. In the others we have it served on site on plates and the sushi are fresh and prepared in front of the customers. In addition, the menu on site is empty, no order is possible, really only 2 or 3 dishes...the girl at the counter tells us that most of the dishes are unavailable on the menu...We ask for a drink and they tell us it's there -down! No positive recommendation I do not validate the service at all and the quality leaves much to be desired. (Great cost of heart for Morge who at least has a monopoly on the reception service and the quality of the products.)

Update: tried this place again and what a disappointment again. The tempura roll was absolutely horrible. Soggy tempura , , some pieces of the roll only had soggy dough and no shrimp. We chose to eat in the restaurant and again everything served in to go boxes! Really not worth it and won’t be stepping foot in the joint again. Friendly staff however if people are eating in the restaurant , is it necessary to bring out the sushi or poke bowls in plastic containers? So much unnecessary waste. They specifically ask if it’s to eat in or take away when you order, if it’s to eat in then surely they can serve in normal bowls and plates? Every plastic container also comes with a plastic lid. What I ordered came from the kitchen and not the fridge , therefore it wasn’t pre boxed

After waiting for over an hour and a half, I received salmon sushi with the most disgusting smell. Was then forced to wait another 15 minutes on the phone to resolve the issue. I asked to be able to bring the order back myself, but was told it would be re-delivered. I still haven't heard from them after waiting another 30 minutes. Was a regular customer but the quality and delivery the last five times has been extremely poor. I no longer order from here.

Ordered on Uber Eats, the order arrived but without our dessert which was obviously billed! In addition, neither soy, nor chopsticks nor napkins are available!! On the other hand, a hot sauce is delivered to us even though it was not ordered....! So we called the Nyon sushishop to tell them about the missing items and they told us that the baguettes and sauces must be selected but on UberEats there is not even a section to add them!!!! They apologize coldly and don't even offer to send us the missing dessert... not very commercial all that. Too bad they are relying on their achievements in the middle of a crisis... it won't last!

I understand that delivering to Coppet may call into question a minimum amount, but it is really not correct to ask for 90 CHF minimum delivery for deliveries to Gland or Givrins. This is absurd, I am extremely disappointed with your service, and I will order elsewhere! Sushi Haiku delivery 50 CHF minimum, I will go there.

A disaster ! Getting worse and worse, the California rolls with overcooked rice, machine-pressed and devoid of rice vinegar. The whole thing is sticky and tasteless. The freshness of the products is more than doubtful, oxidized tuna, soft salad on the spring rolls, all without any flavor! With such poor quality I would never recommend again. We must stop taking ourselves for pigeons.

For example, this week I ordered takeout online. I emphasized in the form the fact of surrounding the "Maki Salmon Roll" with salmon, because 95% of the time it is like in the attached photo. I arrive at Sushi Shop, I point out that at CHF 8.90 for 6 maki, I would like it to be done properly. I come home with the box, and this is what I find.
