Nice coffee that unfortunately loses a lot of sympathy due to a very grumpy and rude employee. The employee was professional and very nice. Of course you can have a bad day, but as a service provider please always do it with style and decency.

I love this neighbourhood café. Great selection of regional products like dairy and biscuits you can take home. Or you can enjoy their great sandwiches, salads or pastries. The staff is always kind. In the summer they have some nice tables outside, during winter you can enjoy your coffee inside. Would definitely recommend it.

A variety of options! Breads, sandwiches, pies, cakes, salads, ice cream, ... Very nice food and friendly staff. I personally don't like the glaring lights inside and it's a bit loud. Outside seating is perfect.

Very poor service.. ruins the quality products and the brand name. I'm a regular at BahnOf branch and went here by mistake. Staff is taking their job like a vacation 😉

Great choice of bakery. Also all kind of milk for allergies. The staff is young and very nice. Also open on Sundays.

There are very limited Vegan options and I got told that I should go to a vegan bakery instead as they are a meat bakery!! Worst customer service in Zurich.

Very good bakery, surprisingly good and tasty salads for a fair price. One star deduction for the Americano Ice Coffee. Espresso diluted with water and ice is insufficient.

Good music and nice seating. However, the focaccias advertised are below average - too hard, no spices and watery (caprese). Cherry cake was good. Very good croissant with plum filling.

Small but nice.. Actually self-service you can enjoy all sorts of treats and delicacies from the bakery, with coffee, tea or juice. The staff are always courteous and friendly with a smile on their faces. Actually self-service because I am severely disabled and use two crutches, so I need help. I get this as a matter of course, even before I can ask for it. Really nice, unfortunately I often experience the exact opposite.

Wonderful morning stop on one of our mornings in Zurich! Hearty panini sandwiches, passion fruit iced donuts, and chocolate croissants... plus tasty flat whites and cappuccino's.

Nice cafe with great pastries. The tables outside invite you to have a cafe in the autumn sun. Inside it is functionally furnished, which is probably due to the Covid requirements.

Good coffee, juices, soft drinks here. There are also good pastries here, price performance, a bit too expensive.

Staff sucks, they’re very chatty but not attentive. I could eat somewhere else and have a more pleasant experience.

Staff are the most indifferent and least friendly of any shop in the area. At first we were pleased to have a new bakery on our corner, until we realised staff are snotty brats who would rather chat amongst themselves or be on their phones. Skip this place and try literally anywhere else in the area.

A cute cafe on the corner. They have fresh bread and pastries that are very delicious. The deserts aren't super sweet like what we are use to in the United states, but quite delicious and moist. The coffee was brewed fresh. They have many options, sandwiches included. They also had a great selection of pre made drinks and sodas. We tried a swiss made raspberry lemonade. Again. It wasn't overwhelmingly sweet, but it wasn't too tart either. A good balance. It was nice to just sit and have a pastry and a drink and write out our postcards. We highly recommend this cafe. They speak English which is helpful for foreigners.

Very nice. This café is in a great location and has plenty of seating, both inside and outside. Delicious pastries and great iced lattes. All the staff were very helpful. The only thing I would like to criticize is the many plastic cutlery dishes. I believe this can and should be improved. Will definitely return and have breakfast here (menu was promising).

After visiting the tax office, I wanted to have a Prosecco. I walked towards the Werd tram stop and saw the well-known Buchmann bakery. Was surprised that I received a Prosecco here. Also this nice greeting from a gentleman at the checkout! It was opening day (Monday). June 24, 2019). NB: You first had to find out whether it was self-service or service (especially at the tables outside on the sidewalk). Otherwise it can become a "gold mine" if the kindness continues in the future!
