Very nice burgers and I can also recommend the nachos! I'd love to come again :)

Simple atmosphere, but for casual gatherings and cozy. Very friendly service, the food, veggie and meat burgers, tasted very good and was a joy to look at. Dessert options are few but very tasty. Gladly again.

All delicious I'm walking around Lucerne with my family, casually walking past Wolf Burger & Steak bar, we see some free outdoor tables and ask the waitress if it was possible to eat something, as the tables all had the reserved information. He very kindly made us sit in a moment. We see some super burgers on the other tables and our mouths water. They immediately bring us the menu card and so we order: - vegan burger, Vegan Baby - rack of pork ribs - pulled beef All accompanied by side dishes and fried potatoes. The dishes were well presented, cooked well and all very tasty. The room is not very large but well furnished, a particular, welcoming and clean environment. The staff very friendly. Fast service and good plating. Prices a little high, but as we know in tourist cities this is the norm. We didn't order dessert because we were full, so it will be for next time. We will hopefully return again to try other dishes. Thanks Wolf for the delicious lunch, Auuh, auuh, auuh!

We were there to have lunch. You can choose from the lunch menu and the normal menu. It was very delicious. The food came quickly and the staff was very friendly. The atmosphere is very nice and cozy. We'd love to come back.

Unfortunately, incredibly overpriced and the service leaves a lot to be desired. The burgers looked great, but had little taste. I also expect a burger for 25 Sfr. to have the hard stalk removed from the tomatoes. The sweet potato fries (Sfr 9 for a small portion) were too hard and had nothing to do with being crispy. We can hardly understand why this restaurant has such a good rating despite these prices - grossly overpriced even by Swiss standards. Unfortunately, the look of the burgers is the only thing that convinces... Within a 5' walking distance there are various restaurants where spending money is much more worthwhile.

I was invited to a round birthday party at the Wolf and we were literally kicked out of the restaurant at 8 p.m. But the worst thing was that they didn't even thank us and didn't wish us a nice evening. I haven't experienced anything so rude in a long time. Not recommended at all for a birthday party or other occasion.

I was able to enjoy a very tasty meal with wonderful service. On the menu you will find many delicious beers and excellent meat dishes such as spareribs, burgers, entrecote, etc. In excellent quality. Tip: You should reserve in advance, you'll only get a table if you're lucky. Maybe not suitable for vegetarians and vegans...

Was a good dining experience, reservation is a must have though. Servers were friendly and made sure to check in frequently. Restaurant felt a bit crammed but nothing major. Will most likely go again

We were here for dinner without a reservation. We had to dine at a high table even though we had a one year old child with us. We also wanted our Burgers well done but we were given medium, almost rare. We also asked for unsalted sweet potato fries for our daughter and the waitress said they put the fries in a bowl that has salt and they couldn’t do us the favor to make it unsalted. Disappointing visit. Not considering on visiting again.

Super nice restaurant and very nice, prompt service. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the French fries. The "normal" ones were "quite" okay, but the Sweet Potatoe Fries were effectively "sloppy" and totally soft. Unfortunately there was nothing crispy here at all, which was very disappointing for the price of 8.-. The burger was okay - but not satisfactory for the price. Unfortunately there is a gap between atmosphere/service and food

Worst burger ever! To hell with that Wolf Sweet Sauce!

I find it quite ridiculous that my “caesar” salad was missing its croutons and dressing… even though i was asked what dressing i would like 😂 crazy. Maybe make a proper caesar salad the way it should be made that automatically has the classic caesar dressing, instead of adding stuff thats not normally in a caesar salad like the eggs or the avocado…i would definitely not call this a caesar salad. Weird 👍

Great burger, fast service, received a table for 4 people without a reservation on a Friday, but were there 10 minutes after opening. Looking forward to the next time!😋😋😋 Unfortunately no feedback on reservation email the day before...

We have reserved in advance including information regarding the child and wheelchair. Reception, service and advice were really pleasant. All in all, the restaurant is small, but really inviting, even to stay. The food was very tasty and we would come again at any time. Thank you!

The food was great and the prices were okay. If you decide on a burger, you can also have it with black bread. It's still an interesting experience. The waitress was very friendly and recommended tiramisu for the dessert, which tasted great.

We were in “Der Wolf” for the first time. Celebrated a family birthday with six of us. The team is super nice, absolutely likeable and the atmosphere was super cozy, as if you were invited to dinner with friends. As a starter we had nachos hot cheese with sauce... it was super delicious! The kids loved it too. Afterwards there were burgers for everyone :-) All burgers, side dishes, sauces etc were very tasty and the portions were absolutely sufficient Price performance is right! Finding a parking space was a bit difficult, but the Resti can't help it :-) We were allowed to take the birth cake with us and the team even sang along when we brought the cake🥰. The evening was great!!! A big thank you to the “Wolf Pack” we would love to come back :-)

Friendly staff and warm welcome. The burger was nicely cooked and the price was reasonable. It is the most delicious food I had in Switzerland. I hope to visit here again. If you go to Lucerne, I definitely recommend visiting this place.

Ordered food online. The order was late but the waitress kindly called us and let us know. She also asked us if we wanted anything extra, but it was offered. Top quality, super tasty food! Hot cheese nachos were so good, I didn't get a chance to take a picture of it. Highly recommend the Spicy Jalapeno Burger with the side of Mac and Cheese! Fillet was also delicious. Staff very kind, seated us without a reservation and was very quick and responsive. Highly recommend giving it a shot!

1 plus point for the packaging The delivery was pretty quick and the food wasn't too cold, so it was ok Coleslaw didn't deserve its name, the wedges were lumpy, but ok The burger was ordered well-done and was completely raw inside, you could have taken out the minced meat and used it again - inedible at best, not possible The bun was totally soggy, but ok Overall, because of the raw meat, I would like to give it a minus rating. With every photo I don't spare sensitive people who can't stand raw meat That was the last time for us for this store.

The friend was very excited. He really liked the burger, he said it was the best in Luzern. I only tasted it, but I have eaten better. I wanted dessert. I had a tiramisu, it's a shame that it's classic, frozen, but they decorated it very nicely. The non-alcoholic lemonade was excellent and the service was pleasant. She would visit. I am this restaurant again. The price was too much for me.

Very good burgers with good quality meat and bread accompanied by great fries, I recommend the ones with cheese and bacon, they're the best! The service was also great, fast and carried out by very pleasant young women. Unfortunately the prices seem a little exaggerated to me depending on the dishes (cheese and bacon fries are certainly very good but at 17 francs!!!) and that's why I would give the latter no more than four stars.

This evening there were 4 of us who had already made reservations, the service was very friendly, and the food was excellent. It was a very successful evening with good food and atmosphere. Gladly again. :)

Tasty but dangerous and no Swiss customer service! I must honestly say that the food is really tasty. But what disappointed me most, was that I found a 1cm big plastic piece in the burger. The piece was also sharp! I can understand that mistakes can happen, but the employees acted like nothing happened. “Ok, thanks we’ll inform the cook” This is not a typical Swiss customer service and I recommend you to avoid this restaurant.

It's a very cozy and high-quality place, my favorite is the artisanal burger and here there is a colorful selection for everyone to choose from, even if you're vegan. The service is great, everyone is kind, the only negative thing I noticed that can be corrected is the menu, it's only in German, which is a it's problematic in a touristic city, but if you don't understand it, you can ask, but everyone decides for themselves if it's better 😁✌️

There were two of us, we tried different burgers, both of us had diarrhea a few hours later... that's probably why not everything was fresh there...

Hello Wolf burger, I leave you a fair and very good review, the service, dear friends, is fast, good and very accessible to foreigners, we who are Mexicans received excellent service, during our stay in Switzerland we are going to be getting more of that, there is no doubt Plus the food is excellent!!! 10/10 ☆☆☆☆☆ Obviously it is expensive, Switzerland is expensive my dear friends! Be careful: if you can reserve, do it! We were lucky to find it available and I tell you so that you avoid getting angry with the waiters and the restaurant. Enjoy ü♡

The burger looked appealing. The bread has no taste and quickly becomes soggy due to the rich sauce. The burger was good, but quite flattened. The fries are brilliantly good. The napkin feels like it's freshly colored, wow!

The staff was very nice mostly.. but the food wasn't so good, the hot and chessy natchos was amazing 5/5, but the burger was bad ... although the bun was soft, the asked me if I wanted light or dark bun? I choose the dark is in (all wheat, instead I got a colored black bun) i choose the truffle burger the patty was dry and so thick I can't fit it in my mouth...👎🏼 my partner had the light bun (cheese burger) and we asked them to remove the bacon and they did but I rated 4 stars for service because we was the first costumers but they serviced many people burgers before us... and lastly it was good but I wish they can add more fats to the burger so it can be juicy ..

Was there with a group of 6 people, service was very friendly and professional. Unfortunately, the vegan burger wasn't a hit. Unfortunately, as a vegan, I had no choice but to order this. Still, it's great that they have something to offer. There are definitely better patty alternatives or falafel patties than the one they use.

We sat down at a free table and were ignored for 15 minutes to order. When I asked, we were given a map first. When the waitress noticed that we didn't have a reservation, she took the menu back from us. It was said « we don't serve people without a reservation » They had forgotten the reserved sign at our table. Exposed and watched from the tables next door, we then left. I definitely imagine good organization and friendly service differently.

The burger and the ribs were very, very good. The burger had a very good taste, and the ribs fell off the bones like butter. The service was also very quick and friendly. Thanks Michele and alex other and kitchen.

A good restaurant in a rather quiet location in Lucerne. Large selection of dishes and drinks at a fair price. The burgers were all very good. The only negative point was the service. Since the staff wasn't assigned to a certain table, we were asked several times whether we had already ordered. We also didn't know who to talk to if we had a concern. Some of the staff were in one place and the other half had to wait longer. When we asked for the receipt for the invoice, we were told rather rudely that we would still have to wait, even though this had just been communicated. Food top, service rather flop

We didn't go to the restaurant but used the delivery service. I had called ahead because I wanted a burger that was on the menu but couldn't be ordered online. The gentleman on the phone told me to order another burger with the same price and then write in the comment box which burger I would like instead. Said and done. I also wrote in the comments that I would like - if at all possible - 1dl of a certain red wine. Of course, it was clear to me that this wish would not be easy to implement via a delivery service, but it is still not impossible. After 60 minutes of waiting, our delivery arrived. We were very hungry...and so was my disappointment when I realized that I had received the wrong burger. Unfortunately, the request for red wine didn't work out either. Quite disappointed, I called again and first received an apology and, after a short consultation with the kitchen, the information that only the patty had been replaced. I explained that I wasn't just concerned about that, but also about the other ingredients in the burger. This was followed by another apology and the question of whether they could deliver me the right burger again (for free), even if it would take about 30 minutes... and whether they could deliver me something to make up for it, such as dessert or beer. I replied in the affirmative and again explained my desire for the particular red wine. The gentleman on the phone kindly said that unfortunately this wasn't possible via delivery service, which is why I decided on the dessert. So I was amazed about 20 minutes later when my delivery arrived...this time not only with the right burger, but also with the desired red wine (definitely more than 1dl) in a glass bottle with a swing top and the word “Sorry!” written on it . I was really speechless and so pleasantly surprised that I ended up enjoying the food and wine twice as much! Thanks! :-)

Is very nice and very tasty food and a good selection. But expensive.

I was totally deceived by the other reviews like I haven't been in a long time. Attention burgers are made with ready-made ingredients. The service, which I give one star, asked me how we wanted the burger. Medium is no problem - but since it is a finished patty, it arrives completely cooked through. I can only recommend the shop for drinking on the terrace. The store itself appears to be run only by temporary staff.

Monday evening got a table without a reservation. The steakes were grilled just as ordered. We asked for medium-well and got no terrified faces and suggestions to change it to medium, as it often happens at steak houses. Waiters were really friendly and caring without annoying. Overall positive impression.

If you want a burger that tastes overprocessed then this is your place ! Or you can go to MacDonalds and get that cheaper.

The burgers are very tasty. The staff is very friendly. If you want to sit outside in summer, you should reserve in advance. Otherwise you have to sit inside and it's hot as hell in the summer. There is no air conditioning and you can't stand it for long.

We were there on Saturday August 12th. eat for four, There were a lot of reservations and the lovely waitress gave us a seat inside without a reservation - thank you for that! There was also space for the stroller. Very nice service, very good quesadilla and burgers and there was also fine food for the kids. The house tea was very refreshing and delicious! We felt very comfortable - thank you very much :)

Service and atmosphere good. Hamburgers (the patties) were tasteless. We had the truffle and double spicy hamburger. Overall 2,5/5. Wouldn’t go there again.

Best ever burger and bestest staff

We had some terrific burgers at this nice place. My wife had a very tasty cocktail and the craft beer they serve is also very good. Service is exceptionally friendly. The terrace is on a small square just outside the centre of town. Perfect if you want to escape the hordes of tourists.

Went out of our way to visit this place and glad we did. Started off with the Wolf Salad and Wolf dressing to share and it was really good. Both of us did the Wolf filet steaks and they where awesome/excellent. Steak was juicy, tasty, easy to eat and cooked perfectly. They put there own butter/spice recipe on top and it adds a unique and really good flavor to a perfect steak. We started chatting to the table next to us that all got burgers and all 4 of them loved their burgers. We interacted with 4 different service people and all. One suggestion would be if they could offer a baked potato option. No worries we had no problem eating all of the fries instead- ha. The Wine was great too. We usually visit Luzern on our last days of our Swiss trips and we will make sure to go back to eat here again!

Delicious burgers eaten on the terrace and served by friendly service. Cocktails were beautifully presented! We were able to go there on Sunday early in the evening without a reservation with four people.

The food was alright but it is very pricey don’t get fooled by google photos the priceses have gone up. Outside sitting area are really dirty, i stung by a bee ended up in hospital.
