Fondue leaves something to be desired, watery and no taste, pizza very good.

The food is very good but the portions are way too small! Unfortunately there are only children's portions.

Description of the Swiss Ice Hockey Games day: No system visible. Disaster. Food selection: the food selection is really bad. Pizza & fondue nothing much more. Taste: Pizza edge dry and poor quality. Service: unfriendly and annoyed. Prices: totally overpriced. Facility: Beautiful! Conclusion: everything was bad except for the furnishings and the pizzaiolo who really did a good job even though the pizza wasn't good. Dear SV Group, dear ZSC management, perhaps it would be worth considering not saving money in important areas such as catering, whether in terms of personnel costs or quality. Every time there is new staff, which ensures that there is no system, the chef de service in boxes and business are catastrophic. (I've experienced everything myself) EMPLOYEE LEADERSHIP AN ABSOLUTELY FOREIGN WORD. I hope something will be done - take the 67 restaurant at the EVZ in Zug as a culinary and system-wise example!!

Waited 1 hour until we had to leave because the game had started. Totally superior SV service.

Exceptionally good atmosphere and service. Food very delicious, from burgers, pizza to dessert.

Cool bar and great beer! After the match, of course, understandably, very well filled. But really cool!

Very very nice food and experience

Beside the location, the restaurant is rather average, especially the food was not very good. Had the tartare and a cremeschnitte as desert. The tartare was bland, zero texture of meat, like meat which had been in a blender. Toast bread was dark on one side rare on the other. Possibly the worst tartare I've ever had. The cremeschnitte is an industrial product. Last season the desert was miles better. For spend over 60sfr for a single person, that's outrageous. This restaurant doesn't deserve to be called like that. Cheapest food, average service. Just don't go

Very nice staff and ambiance! A modern space where you feel comfortable and welcome. The food is good and tasty. We went for the daily menu, but we regret we didn’t try the pizzas, which looked delicious and everyone was ordering them. Totally recommend for a relaxing and well-spent moment.

We just discovered the Zett and are really excited. The salad punch was super tasty and the staff was very friendly. Goodbye!

Much better than expected. Extremely good and attentive service.

I don't know when was the last time I had such a bad "Black Agnus" burger. The meat was very dry, no taste, the bread paddies were also very dry. The fries with bacon and cheddar were pretty inedible. The cheddar looked like scrambled eggs and the fries had flavor too. The food was just frozen food that you can make better at home.

The UNZ held the general meeting in the SwissLife Arena. Before the start of the general meeting we met in the sports bar 1930. Courteous and flexible staff. Temporarily opened the outdoor area. Served quickly. Salted nuts and popcorn were left on the bar tables without being asked. Bravo. This is businesslike and the best advertisement for the company. The ZETT and the Sportsbar 1930 are on the same front of the stadium and connected to each other.

The atmosphere, the trophies, the photos of the players, the open kitchen are simply great. But the bar also invites you to stay and linger. I definitely have to go there when the ZSC has a game.

Ate the fondue with friends before the ZSC-EVZ game. Was very good. Funny service and fun at work.

We were at the Zett restaurant on Saturday. The waitress was disrespectful, insulting and made fun of my companion because she was vegan! It was impossible from the start, so I asked the manager if someone else could serve us. That only worked to a limited extent. When paying, the lady pushed my wife's handbag from the table to the floor because she had to make room for the card reader. She flatly refused to ask about the bill. When we wanted to take a photo of the bill, she quickly turned it over so that wouldn't work. It's an absolute disgrace that a table of 10 people is treated like this!

Great place while waiting for the game

A very large restaurant, beautifully presented. I like it very much. Also recommended for sporting events.

A mixture of mass and the desire to create good gastronomy. A huge balancing act, especially with today's personnel situation. With this in mind, I accept the mediocre cheese fondue riddled with floating oil but also the dry (because previously frozen) cream slices. Room for improvement

On match days, despite the very reduced menu, there are really long waiting times. The staff seems to be trying hard but not up to par. The pizza is okay, but the Z-fondue is unfortunately not worth the price (in terms of quality and quantity). If you want to be stress-free and on time for the match, you should arrive at the restaurant two hours in advance or prefer the sausage stand.

Unfortunately, the ZETT disappointed us across the board. The small match evening menu is underwhelming and unfortunately what little was left couldn't convince us. The pizza with ruccola (unfortunately totally messy because it was in the oven at all or too long), San Daniele ham and Gorgonzola (2 small pieces) was a complete waste of money and has nothing to do with Italianità. We're still waiting for the pizza knife and the bread for the salad... We would still turn a blind eye to the very weak and unfriendly service and long waiting times if there hadn't been a restaurant manager on site who could have an influence in such situations. In terms of price, the food, but especially the wines, are at the upper limit and in relation to the quality of service and the advertised ambience, they are simply too much. It just doesn't work! There is a lack of heart and passion for the service and respect for the guests.

I was a guest at Zett at lunchtime and decided for lunch, I had Fried Riece with chicken garnished with fried onions, lime and chives. I really enjoyed it!!! It was very nice to see how service and chefs worked together in the front kitchen. I really enjoyed myself in the beautifully decorated restaurant. I would love to come back and highly recommend this restaurant :) !👍😀

The ambience is a highlight for every Z fan. Even though it's still in its early stages, the concept is already very well established despite the recent opening. Service meets the tight lunch time needs and is friendly and attentive. Food quality and price performance OK, although somewhat boring dishes. I'm looking forward to future away games in the bar. At the end of our quarterly event we went to the Zett restaurant. The atmosphere and mood, as well as the design of the restaurant with the sports bar, are very inviting to experience a great evening of hockey. Unfortunately, we experienced major fluctuations in the food. First we had to wait an hour for the starter and then another hour for the main course. As a starter we had a delicious soup, which was also lovingly prepared. Things got a bit complicated with the main course. According to the staff, too many vegi manus were ordered and too many apparently chose meat on site. I found something special about the fact that some people were already able to order more meat, while others didn't even have a plate. I finally switched to the burger. Unfortunately it was dry and, in short, a disaster! Unfortunately no master burger yet ;) Everything was fine again when it came to dessert. I assume that the restaurant and the team still have to get used to it and I really hope for improvement! Kudos to the restaurant manager. He was extremely friendly and accommodating. This was missed by the staff.

Great food, great team & very friendly! The pizza is very authentic. The truffle dishes are incredible and they don't skimp on the truffle like everywhere else. What was really amazing about the truffle dish was that it comes regionally from the forest on Zimmerberg (you can tell that too, very intense taste). Dear Zett team You've done it, you're not perceived as a person who's being processed (as is usually the case in stadiums) and you're very responsive to the customers. Hats off, keep it up!

The tartare was very delicate and well seasoned. There are also daily/weekly hits that also looked good! The staff was also very friendly. I like the decoration, which matches the ice hockey stadium with historical ZSC photos etc. Next to it is the sports bar, perfect for watching games together (including, for example, the World Cup)
