Filthy panini! A shame! 18.- for 2 panini and 20 minutes of waiting to end up with so-called chicken panini (2 flat slices of "chicken", a fillet of "cheese" with a plastic taste and the thick and dry bread) in short, an aberration How dare they sell such a thing that they call panini and at this price what's more! Never again! A big scam.

Extremely disappointing experience. Totally not consistent with the photos on the website. The gondola had no view, it was in the middle of the terrace stuck to trees and an electrical panel. When I express my disappointment, I ask if we can be granted a commercial gesture for this false advertising and I am told that it is not impossible. I find this absolutely shameful.

The cuisine has never been that great... But in recent months it's been a disaster... Really sad dishes

Unorganized! First the checkout didn't work, then the order numbering didn't work. Instead of trying to keep order in some other way, everyone had to check for their own order. Wait 45 minutes and ask several times for two warmed bouillons with lots of barley, some vegetables and 2-3 pieces of bacon (sold as barley soup). Bread was only available upon request. The fries with Wienerli for the children were okay, but I don't think the 7.00 surcharge compared to a large portion of fries for two burst sausages and significantly fewer fries is okay either. Last but not least, when we left, the gas ran out... UPDATE: on two further visits outside of peak times, portion sizes, waiting time and service were fine. Therefore the rating has been adjusted from 1 to 3 stars.

The food is good, but costs too much for outsiders.

Always a pleasure to meet Robert Zurbriggen - very competent advice and, as it should be, lovely wines on offer...

It's a small store and no catering or reception service. Very friendly and practical.

I followed the directions to reach the shop but when I arrived at my destination, there was no shop and no one knew of its existence.
