We stayed at La Tgoma for a week for a family vacation. Despite booking 4 months in advance stating that we needed a kitchen to cook, we were greeted with the comment that it was a hotel and the kitchens were not actually intended for use, so please don't book there next time , if we need a kitchen. No welcome greeting etc. Ms. Galliker gave us the bare essentials and we were able to use the kitchen. It was necessary because we have an allergic child and otherwise can't go on vacation. Otherwise we wouldn't have booked. In general, there is a lot of room for improvement when it comes to host quality. Even if you listened to the other conversations in the breakfast room, as a guest you had the feeling of being a burden. Rooms are nice. It was more pleasant with the previous tenants. We will definitely NOT be coming back. I strongly recommend adjusting the website regarding kitchen use and rethinking the attitude towards guests.

When she found out about our origins, her behavior suddenly changed and she served us in a very unfriendly and arrogant tone. We recognize that this behavior is not representative of the people in the region. However, we will not be returning to this restaurant for this reason. For me, openness, respect and tolerance towards guests regardless of their origin are very important. If these values ​​are not lived in a restaurant, I prefer other places.

We were allowed to be pampered by the attentive and friendly and competent host couple Yves & Magrith for a whole week... an extremely creative and delicious half-board surprise menu every evening... simply brilliant in all respects! The menu leaves nothing to be desired with ingenious combinations...! Fresh & tasty! Very good wine list with lots of things you simply have to treat yourself to. Beautiful, very clean and classy rooms. Fine breakfast with everything you need. Good, central location and short distances to the trains. ...the best that can be found in Dachen gastronomy in Fiesch and the surrounding area, thank you very much, always with pleasure!
