Garden decor, well-spaced tables, attentive staff. The 8-course meal was an absolute delight. And with an extraordinary feature: absolutely ALL ingredients, fish, poultry, honey, fruit, vegetables, meat, come from the garden, the lake or orchards or farms located less than 50 km from the Victoria Jungfrau Hotel. A local, creative and absolutely delicious dinner! And the chef, Stefan Beer, comes in person to bring one of the dishes and explains each ingredient and cooking technique. A real plus!

Lots of sweets and croissants. The showcase is really beautiful and inviting. I tried a plain croissant and it was really flaky.

Very good advice with a lot of information about the individual, very good wines. Shopping locally is fun. Gladly again.

I feel at home here now. Simple and genuine cuisine, friendliness and hospitality. Unfortunately there aren't many places like this in Ticino anymore.
