I have never given a review until now. This time I just have to. The visit from last Saturday stays with me again and again. Simply great. Everything went great. We recommend. I haven't felt so comfortable as a guest in a long time. That's exactly how it has to be. If you want to know what I mean, go by…….😀

Top, top, top, price/performance perfect. Inventive cuisine in terms of menu and menu. At the moment there are really good kebabs, unfortunately only during carnival. Thanks to the whole team.

Great bakery with a small but nice shop. And you can also get a nice coffee with the Biberbread you bought.

Nice café, right on the main street. Cozy interior and delicious pastries!

Very nice, modern hotel with spacious rooms. The restaurant offers very fine, regional cuisine. Morning is also very nice! The wellness facility is small but nice. 2 saunas and a steam bath. Unfortunately no pool (except for the whirlpool) and no massage jets. Given the size of the hotel, you may not be able to get a lounger in the beautiful relaxation room facing the forest. Overall, not enough seating in the wellness area. Lots of walking options, cable car to Säntis almost at the hotel (when it runs). Very helpful staff. The beautiful fireplace should be lit more often. Unfortunately, after dinner it was always over.

Nature creates the atmosphere on the terrace, especially when the sun is shining. The range of restaurants on offer, on the other hand, is simply modest - even taking into account the exposed location. CHF 18 for a few leaves of salad and raw vegetables leaves a bland taste, as does the fact that the sales are "generated" without any receipt. A rogue who thinks evil here.

There were four of us there. Gave hot cocoa and cake. Very tasty and served quickly. Our service is very friendly. Addendum one year later (3/25/24) We would have liked a little more friendliness and attention: You come in with your family, you are seen and there is neither a greeting nor a friendly smile. You don't feel welcome. There wasn't much going on; A friendly greeting doesn't cost much 🤦🏻‍♂️
