Die Dame, die uns bediente, war eine sehr unhöfliche Dame. Anstatt ein höfliches Gespräch mit ihrer Kundin zu führen, hat sie mit uns gekämpft und uns missbraucht. Überhaupt nicht zu empfehlen. Die gesamte Erfahrung einer guten U-Bahn ging aufgrund des schlechten Personals verloren.

I only sent a message the day before check-in to check in. The time was only 1400-1500, which canceled all our previous itineraries!

In the end, in order not to ruin the mood of the trip and not to be defrauded again, we lost the money for 2 days and transferred to another hotel.

Ich wurde sehr freundlich begrüßt -- auf dem Tisch stand eine liebevolle Reservierung -- die Suppe wie das Menü waren superfeine und schnell serviert -- ALLES ganz nach Wunsch, auch der feine Eargrey Tee mit meiner gewünschten Milch 😉
Ich empfehle dies Restaurant sofort weiter!
I haven't tried anything other than the miso soups in Yooji's branches. But these always taste very good. One time in Bern the soup wasn't seasoned enough, even though I ordered it spicy. Otherwise no problems. Pleasant. There's soy sauce, sticks, lime, everything you need. Pleasant employees.
At the table at 8:30 p.m. we didn't have our dishes until 9:25 p.m.! Dishes served at 9:55 p.m. so no desserts offered. The kitchen was closing. Yay.

Für 4 Portion Poulettflügeli mit Pommes 50 Minuten gewartet ab der Bestellung. Im Restaurant hatte es 28 Personen welche essen oder trinken wollten. Beim nächsten Mal, wenn der Schwimkurs fertig ist werden wir mit unseren Kindern anderswo essen gehen.
