Nice location on the Aare, we were here often. Unfortunately the owner has probably changed. The staff is unable to keep up with the number of visitors. We waited 25 minutes to order, then he came and wanted to take our order again. After another 15 minutes the two drinks arrived. After another 10 a sandwich and something else to eat... Conclusion: not recommended... all other restaurants on Mühliplatz are better...

The website says: Sunday open 10 a.m. to 10 p.m And warm cuisine from: 11:30 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. & 5:30 p.m. - 10:00 p.m We were thrown out today at 1:45 p.m. without any hot food. So then there was nothing. So it's better not to assume that the opening times will be correct... 😢 And we came from far away because the food is always very good. But the interaction today was anything but friendly! 🙈😢😱 Too bad

Every time the pizza man was very unfriendly and at 1:15 p.m. you couldn't get any more food and didn't even say sorry and brushed you off.

Ich würde das Restaurant nicht gerade empfehlen. Wer grossen Hunger hat und dort alles herunterschlucken will ist es okay...ich aber gehe lieber ins Mc Donald nebendran.

The McDonalds has lost a lot of its former charm because the entrance is already full of people hanging around and congesting everything. If you still have to deal with the crammed mountain of rubbish, then at most it's "to take away". You can forget about the upper, uncleaned floors. Too bad.

Es sollte "las dich überraschen Sandwich" heissen. Wenn du Glück hast ist einer der jungen Studenten dort. Die sind sehr freundlich und machen Ihren Job zügig und Kundenfreundlich. Wenn du Pech hast erwischst du jemand des vielen perspektivlosen billig Personals die eine ausgebildete LMaA Einstellung haben, nicht besonders viel verstehen und dich demotiviert und mit einer derart schlechten Laune bedienen dass du am liebsten gar nicht reingegangen wärst. Eine davon heisst Cornelia die anderen sind nicht angeschrieben. Die wissen wieso.
