Food was no good . We had ordered aloo paratha which seemed ready processed packed paratha and not freshly made, also it wasn't even cooked well and was completely raw and white with loads of oil . Noticed we were not greeted the way others were around us. Would not recommend to anyone.

Every now and then I go to the Tchibo branch in Thun and buy a coffee to go or an item in between. Now I ordered a jacket on Intermet and had it delivered to the store (it was a discontinued item and therefore not stocked in the store). The jacket was marked down again in addition to the discount (special online discount, only this weekend). Everything went perfectly, I picked up the item, paid for it and noticed at home that the size was too small. I then asked the store whether I could order the item a size larger through the store because I can't make an exchange online, so I no longer have the special discount and therefore I don't want the item (I would have understood if I didn't). would have been possible!). I picked up the jacket in the larger size on Saturday and paid for it, then noticed when I got home that one of the seams was already coming apart. Coincidentally, the store manager was at the checkout. She wanted to give me the money back and I should order the item again myself. Unfortunately I had a very bad experience! Price performance ratio is not right. The billing for food and billiards is incorrect. Food very expensive even without a side dish. No insight from the staff and little friendliness. Our food was at the wrong empty table without letting us know (so the food was cold), we didn't ask if everything was good and it wasn't cleared away for a long time. The restaurant was not full at that time. It seems like the playoff is all about Provit! Once and never again...
