The bartenders are slow, inefficient or simply inexperienced. The bar was really empty the day I was there. This did not prevent a long wait. The bartenders chat are pleasant and prefer to serve the regulars first even if others have been waiting for a long time. Once the order is taken, keep your choices VERY SIMPLE, no need to ask for the great classic cocktails. Or you will find yourself obliged to explain to the bartenders how to make your preparation. I even offered to do the preparation for them as he seemed overwhelmed and disgusted by just one of my requests..... Too bad the place has potential but it is spoiled by its personal and its barely legal clientele who are too alcoholic

It used to be very nice The day I came, there was a crowd at the bar for an aperitif, and I can't say that the owners made their smile and their friendliness the best of my memories. In short, I was very disappointed

WARNING GREAT PLAN!! Le Fir is a great hotel. As a catering professional on the Vaud Riviera, I found the service really top notch. Impeccable hotel, hallway and room.... the shower a little narrow for a very tall person but apart from that, everything good.... free mineral water at the mini bar, bed a little soft but very good all the same... . good insulation. Royal breakfast with top service and surroundings in the tea room on the ground floor of the hotel. Thermal baths full to bursting but great once you get past the long queue to get back. No snow so full baths... Evening meal at the all-you-can-eat buffet at the Cailler hotel for 89chf per person, a joy of fresh, varied dishes, live cooking for the hot food and the macaroons at the dessert buffet are just crazy, much better than La Durée. In the price of the room, breakfast at 35chf is included and entry to the baths is also 30chf.... so a room at 90chf per night if we deduct the services for 2 people.... just improbable in Switzerland, in the mountains with this quality of service. Just missing the snow but we can't blame them.... A great experience for couples!!! There are even connecting rooms for families. The find at the start of 2024. Well done!!!

The brunch at the hotel was simply sumptuous! An exquisite dining experience with a variety of delicious dishes. The server David was attentive, attentive and professional throughout the meal. An experience to highly recommend for a gourmet and memorable moment!

Nice activities and very beautiful region

J'ai reçu un bon qoqa pour mon anniversaire. Du coup j'ai décidé de partir en week-end avec ma famille (mon mari et ma fille de 1ans)Nous sommes arrivé à Hotel Romantik Etoile vers 15heures pour le check-in, l'accueil super acceuillant. La chambre est juste magnifique avec ce style boisė et un panier de fruit à notre arrivée.Nous avons demander au serveur si nous pouvons aller boire un verre en terrasse le serveur très sympa nous ont dit oui. Il a même demandé si on voulait la chaise Bébé. Le soir au dîner le serveur nous a enmener notre coupe de champagne de bienvenue. Le Menu pour tous le monde été parfaitement raffiné et avec beaucoup de saveur. Merci à la chef étoilé La carte des vins est petite mais le serveur nous a bien conseillé. Merci aussi pour le service remarquable et professionnel.Au petit déjeuner nous avons eu notre propre table avec des bonne viennoisserie, du pain frais, jus d'orange mangue et confiture maison. Que demander plus, merci à toute l'équipe nous avons passé un week-end au top.

La carte est ultra courte très peu de choix de plat chaud à part les fondues ,les macaronis comme partout .Mais ce qui choque ce sont les portions ridicules qui sont servis dans une région où la générosité est de mise pour un prix trop élevé .est il nécessaire de faire autant de km sur cette mauvaise route si étroite pour être déçu.
