From there one of the young women asks for an explanation about this attitude and the tone rises...! And there, total loss of control on the part of the waitress... who responds by saying that such remarks or such an attitude were unacceptable coming from a veiled woman!! And finally an apology saying that she was tired because of Ramadan. The evening was planned for a birthday, resulting in a wasted meal and 10 lost customers but according to the service, not a problem.

This day we went to get four portions of chicken to take away, the chicken tasted weird. We couldn't eat it. I called you to let you know and the only answer I was given was that you had changed supplier and that there was nothing you could do. This saddens me a lot!

Unpleasant service, the saleswomen are inappropriately arrogant in customer service! Industrial pressed orange juice. Good pastries but a little expensive considering the general atmosphere of this café. Their strong point is the only café in the area so no need to be nice to the customer.

Superb experience for a first at FMR Florissant, we went with a friend on a Wednesday for unlimited burgers it was super good I recommend the interior place is small but the atmosphere is there, the speed of the service is there the fries are super good burger also to come and close your eyes the prices are affordable for the quality of the food.

The rooftop is nice, but there isn't enough staff, so we wait too long at the bar. Good drinks, local and responsible products. The floors, not much interest.
