Nous avons réservés pour 4 personnes. Nous avons été placés sur la grande terrasse couverte et chauffée. Très pratique en cas de mauvais temps ! Du service aux mets, tout était parfait. J’ai déjà hâte de revenir goûter les nouvelles suggestions.

⚠ Although the Hotel is self-declared "Dog Friendly" on their website, this is not the case!! You cannot eat in the lunch room or in the Olivo with your 4-legged companion. The reception at the concierge desk on the evening of 01/25 at 7 p.m. by a man of average height, overweight and Arabic-speaking, was very unpleasant, even rude. Same story at the entrance to Olivo. The lady at reception was also haughty, hiding behind the “no dogs allowed” sign to make me understand that dogs are not allowed. 😐 So the hotel is "Dog-Friendly" if you leave your dog alone in the room. ABE. We were offered to eat at the bar, I had to force myself to get the Olivo menu and be served at the bar. At the Bar, a big BRAVO to Megan who saved our evening with her excellent service, her smile and her good humor. I ordered the veal confit for 8 hours, it arrived lukewarm as did the mash, good in taste but not pleasant to eat. Same for vegetables and steak sauce. My first experience at Olivo wasn't great but this second one was even worse. So neither I recommend nor I return.

Gelato Mania, qui était devenue une institution genevoise, a changé de propriétaire.Les enseignes ont changé de look (il y en a même deux nouvelles). Personnellement je trouvais l'ancien look plus festif. Le nouveau look est assez convenu, beige-marron, sans grande personnalité.La bonne nouvelle est que les recettes ont aussi été vendues et, par exemple, j'ai pu retrouver ma stracciatella favorite.Le service est toujours assuré essentiellement par des étudiants-étudiantes. Mais généralement, ils sont sympas. Au final cela reste une bonne adresse qui dépasse par la qualité et la variété les glaces purement industrielles qu'on trouve partout.

Hice una llamada a este lugar cuando otra reserva fracasó. Excelente servicio tanto por teléfono como al llegar, pero al principio no había nadie, lo que era preocupante. La preocupación era infundada, la comida era excepcional y nuestro camarero Michael fue excelente. No es demasiado caro para los estándares suizos. ¡Altamente recomendado! ! !

Chère TamaraEn ces temps difficiles de Covid, oser proposer un menu « take away » est forcément un exercice périlleux. La patte magique et magistrale du chef ou de la cheffe dans votre cas sera-t-elle elle anéantie par la maladresse du préposé au « réchauffement »? Dans notre cas la réponse est assurément négative. Aucun doute n’est permis et mon invitée de ce soir m’en est témoin. Les escargots étaient superbes et le chevreuil un véritable délice! Bravo et Mille mercis. Nous nous réjouissons de vous retrouver in situ dès la réouverture du Bleu Nuit. À très bientôt.
