The staff is not very accommodating and doesn't seem to be very eager to respond to guests' needs. It's difficult to order in English as the staff only speaks French. The food is also not of the best quality. The cakes were indeed very tasty.

Bought cakes several times and quality is not exactly matching the expectations. When pistachio tastes like almonds or amaretto, it's clearly a sign; not to mention creams or dough, which are often "dry".

In principle the Brezels are good but the last two times I went there they were totally burned on the bottom and I had to throw them away :-(

This is a good address in Geneva. Definitely worth discovering to go have a bite to eat near the lake

I bought a margarita pizza that the waitress heated for me two minutes later the pizza is totally cold and not edible at all disgusting her even though she looked delicious I would have to explain to you saleswoman that a smile and kindness it's free and it hurts no one because given how the lady with the glasses answered me curtly, I think I'm bothering her more than anything else by asking her to serve me something to eat or by asking her information on the products made me want more now I would go for the pretzel thing even if it meant paying more.

A shame! 18.- for 2 panini and 20 minutes of waiting to end up with so-called chicken panini (2 flat slices of "chicken", a fillet of "cheese" with a plastic taste and the thick and dry bread) in short, an aberration How dare they sell such a thing that they call panini and at this price what's more! Very nice hidden terrace on the first floor of the Warwick Hotel. Tapas prepared fresh on the plancha.

I was pleasantly surprised, the pizza was really excellent! But unfortunately we never really know if and when it’s open or not…
