Tschuggen is indeed a grand hotel that exceeds all expectations. The hospitable and professional staff led by Ingo & Silvana deliver a bespoke, warm experience where everything seems to go right as if by magic. Staffing seasonal hotels can sometimes be a challenge, but in this case, even the younger and newer staff is fantastic. Among the many friendly faces who enhanced are stay are concierges Max, Nils, and Nick; Outdoor Butler Milena; head of rooms Ingo and reservationist Hannes; Severin and others in the Basement; and the warm front desk team. We loved the daily complimentary experiences offered in the weekly calendar. We partook in an excellent yoga class, grilled bread on open fire, and best of all, hiked up the mountain at sunset, drank glogg by a campfire, then returned down holding fire torches. Experiences like these transform the hotel from simply a great place to stay into something unusual and enchanting. Do not miss the experiences!! This spa is as incredible as everyone says— there is space for everyone. The hotel has a wide variety of eateries, which focus on local ingredients and provenance, so even the informal outlets had incredibly high-quality food. And La Brezza was sensational, amazing to have a restaurant of that caliber in house! Housekeeping deserves a special notice for keeping our room cozy and impeccable. In short: the combination of skiing, spa, experiences, and dining, backed by an incredible staff, was a win on all counts. We can’t wait to join the ranks of return visitors next winter!!

Just a quick aperitif in the KLounge. Sneak peak for a possible hotel stay. The lounge is spacious and nicely furnished. Rather loud due to lots of loud children and even louder mothers. Service very slow, it took 15 minutes and three calls before we managed to pay. If the service in the entire hotel is like that, then you probably won't book through us...

Good value for money. Very centrally located with own parking spaces. Great breakfast and very nice staff. Received a free upgrade. Recommended.

We went to the Prätschli-Stall to eat raclette several times and would do it again. The food is rustic and the ambience is simply great.

We visited the restaurant for the first time with friends in March. We had a nice table and an attentive, if stressed, waiter. He was always courteous and polite, but very short and therefore not that attentive. The food was sensational and exactly how we wanted it. There are 5 stars here! However, the price is also in the upper segment; we paid around 100 per person with wine and drinks. Nevertheless we will come back.

Dinner in the restaurant, very friendly staff. Food was delicious, the Langos alls starter is recommended. Children are also welcome. Top, price performance OK.

It was a bit cold outside despite the heat lamp

We were there for the first time in March. Advance reservation is a must. The restaurant was full. It was also clear that we would only have the table from 6-8:30 p.m. The service was very courteous and very relaxed despite the rather cramped conditions and a full house. The fact that we had to wait a little longer was probably due to the busyness. The food was really of very good quality and the quantity was also great. We were completely satisfied. Unfortunately, it was a bit stressful in the end because they wanted to get rid of us. However, we couldn't do anything about that because everything took a little longer on the part of the restaurant, including paying. We were outside at 8:30 p.m. sharp!

We're always happy to come back! Pleasantly warm/cordial atmosphere, clear menu (there are also delicious options for vegetarians!), varied daily menus! and always very friendly service! and now we can say: very child-friendly 🫶🏻

Wir wollten uns informieren, da Gerüchte über Konkurs im Umlauf waren. Beim Vorbeifahren mermissten wir das Mobiliar, das man von der Strasse sehen kann. Es war nichts da. Ein gänzlich leeres Lokal. Keine Hinweise auf dem Internet. Sogleich riefen wir an. Da tönt es "das Lokal ist vorerst mal geschlossen. Bleiben sie gesund". Im Aroserbus ein farbiges Plakat mit Fleisch und Co. Was ist wohl los mit dem Lamm und Leu?

Apart from the fact that children upstairs from us were very loud (until after midnight), the location was great!
