Traditional historic hotel 🏨 in a time-honored style, very committed, the boss checks on the guests regularly, the ladies and gentlemen in service are very attentive and friendly, breakfast is good, very fine selection of bread, dinner is fine, really well cooked, no experiments, but good products, the wine selection is sufficient, as almost always calculated extremely confidently, in principle completely exorbitant prices, nice rooms, mostly renovated, in principle very quiet, but you can still hear a lot from the hallway, transport to the elevator perfect with the hotel bus, very good location for hikes, walks directly from the hotel, in summary a very fine area...

Very nice stay with super accommodating staff, traditionally beautiful rooms, wonderful food and many amenities! We've been there several times and would love to come back any time :)

Good value for money. Very centrally located with own parking spaces. Great breakfast and very nice staff. Received a free upgrade. Recommended.

Ok hotel with basic amenities. Clean, quiet, close to downtown. Nothing special. Breakfast was good though, but that seems to be pretty standard across Switzerland. The concierge was nice enough to send us a humidifier and kettle which helped fight the dryness. Overall I would say the hotel wasn’t totally worth the $450 we paid for one night, but other than that there’s nothing to complain about or be too excited about. A very run-of-the-mill experience.

We stopped for a coffee in this hotel located opposite the Le Prese stop of the Bernina red train, kind, attentive staff, excellent coffee, highly recommended...

We can only recommend Restaurant Vincenz to anyone who likes delicious food in a homely, friendly atmosphere. The service staff is very friendly and attentive and the food is always a delight. The gluten-free pizza is world class - the “normal” one too, of course :). We always enjoy coming back.

We were at the Bräma restaurant on a Saturday evening with a group of 12 people. We got the perfect table for us. Just to the right of the entrance next to the cloakroom. It's a bit tight for 12 people, but we were wonderfully shielded from the other guests and were able to have a good chat. The volume was very pleasant. The card offers something for everyone. Everyone could order whatever he or she wanted. The salad bowls for several people are practical. And there are 3 different sauces to choose from. Pizzas can also be ordered in a small size. But they are still almost as big as the plate... Wishes for improvement: The pizza knives are terribly bad. Be sure to replace it with a good product.

Cosy, traditional Swiss mountain hotel with clean rooms and very welcoming hosts! Check-in was easy, staff very helpful to accomodate luggage. Breakfast was a little disappointing, but overall not a bad stay. A little expensive for the quality of the room, but in line with other choices. Recommended!

Typical mountain hotel, excellent service, clean rooms and a beautiful view of the lake

We just loved this place ! We initially booked for 2 nights and added an additional one because our stay was really good. The rooms are nice, clean and peaceful. The staff is amazing : really friendly and very thoughtful. We took the semi-pension formula, including 3 meals in the evening at the restaurant. The food was delicious, and really worth your money. They adapted everything for my lactose intolerant wife, which was really appreciated. The spa is nice and has a beautiful view, no pool or jacuzzi tho, but sauna and hammam. We would definitely recommend this place and hopefully come back again in the future.

We ate in the restaurant. It was a spontaneous visit and a good decision to eat here. The Easter menu was excellent. The service staff is very attentive and friendly. We can only recommend it.
