Dear Julia & team. We were able to celebrate our wedding reception here in 2020. It was just perfect from A-Z. It is also a perfect place for good home-style food. Unfortunately we don't manage to come by as often as we would like :) but it's a pleasure every time

Very nice and welcoming place. The girls on the staff were very kind, attentive and helpful. All very good and a very pleasant breakfast!

We were here for Sunday brunch. There was a lot of fresh selection. Very nice and accommodating. Largest fried eggs and bacon freshly prepared on hot plates. Hot drinks were also served at the table. We were very satisfied and full. Highly recommended, even mini golf opposite in the summer. It also has a play area.

Very friendly and super tasty. It was our first time, but not our last. We recommend.

It is very nicely and comfortably furnished. The food was delicious and the service was warm, friendly, just the way you like it!

It's super tasty. A bit too much rice per serving. It seems that not all payment methods work. Edit: you can now pay with anything.

UNFORTUNATELY there are always unanswered questions that tell you that karaoke doesn't exist anymore, but it is advertised as a strange world

Very pleasant people. Chili was accidentally added to my pizza, and after a quick call a new one was delivered to me. I had to show the "old pizza" briefly to confirm it, but I can pass it on to the neighbors who like chili :) Ps: the pizzas are the best in the area!

A very beautiful hotel with a cozy bar, cigar-lounge and an breath taking terrace view down to the city of Lucern. The stuff is also extremely friendly, I'm eager for the next visit there.

There are periodic Latin parties in the large ballroom and the adjacent small hall. There is no visible or noticeable ventilation, and despite the high ceiling it gets very hot and humid in winter, like a sauna (Corona!). The room is also acoustically problematic. Don't go there anymore. Wrote an email to the hotel manager but they apparently had no interest in replying.

Great location but they didn’t handle the bed bugs situation well. This is why I’m posting the picture I took, my bites, and the email I received from the hotel. You may tell me you didn’t find anymore but you gotta admit, that picture of the bug I found in my bed looks like a bed bug.

Always happy, great concept, very fine and the service is always good, we'll be back..

Horrible experience, poor attention from a reception staff member when calling and upon arrival. All our belongings were stolen from the car parked at the hotel's parking lot. There's no insurance, the hotel doesn't take responsibility. They did send back some items they found, but it's concerning to know they don't have theft insurance, they don't care about guest safety, and they refuse to take responsibility. We even had to pay for the parking where we were robbed, 40CHF, unbelievable!

Delicious fondue, potatoes, meat platter, wine, beer and salad! Highly recommend!
