We wanted to try out the oasis after the change of operator.
We were warmly welcomed by the owners themselves. The furnishings and the nice company invited you to linger. The selection of drinks was limited, but was of good quality, especially the wine that we brought ourselves.
There was only one menu for food, but it was quite something. We were served the finest sauerkraut, tender Brussels sprouts and tasty red cabbage, topped with spaetzle that made your mouth water. Unfortunately I have to deduct two stars because the host was a bit overwhelmed and we had to prepare the meat ourselves over an open fire.
As a trained restaurateur, it wasn't a challenge for me.
But we still need to work on the timing here.
Nevertheless, we found it a very successful evening and are looking forward to the next visit.

Today we were able to enjoy the Palm Sunday menu. Just a dream! As always, it tasted excellent and the plates were lovingly prepared. Although the restaurant was very busy, the service was extremely attentive and courteous! Even the boss himself pitched in! Very sympathic! We're always happy to come back!

The rooms are very small. When you ask two seperate bed they give you a big bed with two seperate duvet in the same bed😀 I slept with my business friend in the same bed. Thank for the seperate duvets. Rooms and bathroom are clean. Breakfast moderate.
