A cozy place in a great atmosphere. There were four of us in the restaurant. The food was completely ok, but not outstanding. You can't say much about the service if it's a self-service business. It's a shame that the staff isn't so flexible about offering a glass of water free of charge if you consume it for CHF 140.00. That seems too small-minded and hardly fits this company.

Staff is unmotivated and rude, as I have seen they will be treated like animals from the owner himself. He is a pig, to say it nice. No wonder when the employees need to work with conditions like that in a hot summer, day by day.

Very fine food, not exactly cheap. Service great, personal but not intrusive. In the cultivation area, winter is not as warm as in the living room inside.

We regularly visit Suteria for breakfast on Sunday mornings. Your quality is top. Most of the time we are served by Ms. Giorgio. She is very friendly, attentive and competent. We are looking forward to the next time. Julia and Martin Fux

The food was very good and the service was very friendly. The portions are very generous and we ordered way too much. I would recommend two main courses with side dishes for four people. Have the best onion rings!

At the beginning we had a very attentive, motivated, upbeat and friendly young lady as our waitress. E.g. water bowl for dog immediately ready TOP👍 After that I think there was a shift change because we got a different waitress who unfortunately wasn't very friendly. Sorry to say this but she didn't really show us any interest. I didn't even eat half of the lasagna because the lasagna sheets were still hard and there was no becamel sauce (unless I saw this). I said this to the waitress and other than an OK, I didn't hear anything. No sorry, no could I offer you something different and no discount. Sorry, but we're talking about a lasagna that costs almost 30fr. Unfortunately the waitress wasn't addressed by name and we paid with someone else. Otherwise I would have asked whether that was your normal response to such feedback, or whether we did not meet what you consider to be a “higher” standard.

I've never been as excited as I was on this day. Beautiful ambience, delicious food and super great staff. Gladly again ❤️

Ein sehr charmantes Altstadt-Hotel. Die Zimmer waren sauber und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Abendessen war fein und das Frühstück für uns ausreichend. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

🍕Pizza is very large in diameter, but has the steamiest base I've ever eaten. Also very fine edition not to forget to mention. Highly recommended for pizza lovers. I ordered tortellini but was given tagliatelle which I didn't even want. As a compromise, the boss cooked the prawns and spread them over tagliatelle. For me it was ok.

It's no longer what it used to be, the quality of the food has lost a lot. I was disappointed 3 months ago and again today. I'm looking for another restaurant, it lacks freshness, I'm sorry, I know the food also different in this restaurant
