Cozy and uncomplicated - homely furnished - food was really tasty, we ate burgers and spaetzli! We could have had even more fries - always great with children... and afterwards we enjoyed a relaxing billiards session - we would love to come back!

Obertoggenburg is simply beautiful

Singing and drinking are three beautiful things. Be careful, it's rumored that Balke is bending over and it's light. Especially at the round table. But she does a nice QV

The food is OK but nothing more, the service is laborious, and apart from 2 fir branches on the roof, there are no decorations. Comfort-wise, we sit on wooden benches without cushions and without backrests. The prices of the dishes in no way justify the quality of the restaurant. Disappointed, I won't go back

Long-standing, very experienced winemaker in Thal with good wines. I especially like the Diolinoir and the Sauvignon Blanc!

The food is really very tasty. I can highly recommend the pizzas. Allergies are addressed very well. The restaurant itself could be better decorated inside. The staff was rather overwhelmed at lunchtime.

A little old, but that's why it's very romantic! Large park with outdoor pool (not open all year round) and wellness area (all year round). Price/performance is good (just Swiss...). Breakfast and dinner are good middle class, still have potential. Friendly service in the hotel and restaurant.

Very friendly service, but the Cordnobleus from the Cordonbleu week were most likely finished and frozen products, at least that's how they tasted. This would be okay for a price of 15 francs, but it cost just under 40 francs

The cozy, noble hotel on the lakeshore is a dream. Hospitality is not just a joke here but is celebrated and lived. Brunch on Sunday (as it certainly is on any other day) is a feast for the eyes and the palate. You should never miss it again when in Rorschach. The rooms are fresh, tidy and like heaven. The view even tops the creme brulée, which probably only came from an artistic master hand. By that I mean the crème brulée! Wonderful stay. Recommended to every visitor. The prices ensure fairness to the perfectly coordinated team and service on and behind the stage. Not only the gastronomy alone, but also the room service is classy.
