Ordered 2 pizzas on the phone, a Margherita and 1 diavola with rocket. Arrived on time, exorbitant price fr.32. - request to cut them not done, little rocket and cooked, for that price at least it should have been super good but instead it was disgusting. Bar at Lugano station Disappointed! I can accept a Ticino merlot white wine in a plastic glass at a country festival but not here if this is the presentation of our Ticino to arriving tourists 😒

Hypocritical manager and normal food. I was charged a bill of 137 CHF for a fried fish! This is extortion! But the lie was caught by me and it seems that foreigners are not welcome here.

Small but nice, very clean room. Breakfast with fresh fruit salad and a lot of choice. Very friendly and helpful staff. Location is extremely fantastic, close to the lake and the city. I don't rule out another visit.

Extremely negative experience. The waiters specifically ignored us and even after I spoke to a waiter directly, they didn't pay any attention to us. This behavior is a no-go in the catering industry and makes you feel bad. No thanks - not recommended.

Beautiful well-stocked station and very nice people. Go for excellent fish at super prices
