Very basic location. Very good meat! The side dishes can improve. Dessert also very good! Furthermore, since my visit was Women's Day, they gave us roses, a much appreciated gesture. I'll be back.

Compliments to the creativity, passion and dedication of Chef Filippo who every time enhances - and unfortunately I am not there often - the palate, reminding me of the immense variety of Italian cuisine but also the international one that he exhibits with mastery. I also congratulate the collaborators who are always careful to ensure that customers don't miss out on anything. The Osteria Tennis in Cureglia is definitely recommended.

Always friendly and excellent service. For a small place it has a very wide choice of sandwiches and salads (customisable). In addition to lunch we also happily go for an aperitif.

It was an amazing experience in Ristorante Roccia. Tonight I was there for Latin Dance Night and I enjoyed too much. I recommend everyone to visit here. Stay enjoy and freedom ✌️

An insider tip with a lot of charm, excellent authentic food and great hosts. It is now run by the third generation and offers jazz evenings every week during the season. The service could be a little faster but we are on vacation 😉 We would love to come back 👍

Oltre alla simpatia dei due titolari, apprezzo molto la varietà di scelta tra i piatti offerti ad un prezzo del tutto accettabile per Lugano, considerando che sono sempre freschi e spesso prodotti con verdure a km 0. Apprezzo anche il fatto che posso scegliere se portare via il piatto scelto o se mangiare lì (i tavolini sono pochi). Inoltre, ora che sanno che sono intollerante al lattosio mi propongono direttamente i piatti che "posso" mangiare, spesso numerosi perchè in diversi casi utilizzano condimenti e salse senza lattosio.

Nice hotel. A little 80s. Spacious rooms but also 80s with a too retro style. Unstocked fridge bar with snacks. It's the minimum in a 5 star hotel... like having food service in the room 24 hours a day. Bare balcony with a faux ratane table. Breakfast: unacceptable for a 5-star hotel of this magnitude. Small choice. Zero choice for vegans. Too many packaged things. Too many things off the menu at exorbitant prices. A toast 25 fr. Does not exist! Eggs brought on a plate without a minimum of care, without a decoration. Cheeses and cold cuts bought in a super market. Herbal teas: only 1...disappointed! 3 star breakfast. Staff: very courteous. Especially Mr. Jorge at the reception and Alfredo at the restaurant. Thanks for the brioche! Overall there needs to be quite a few improvements. Even in the preparation of breakfast, just packaged things. You have 2 restaurants. Fresh things. Sweets, pastries, bread etc.. and I didn't pay 25 fr for toast, not even at the Savoy in London. Perfect place to stay at while in Lugano. It’s a 10-15 minutes walk from the city center, and conveniently located next to the main train station, with incredible views on Lake Lugano. Service and rooms were excellent. The spa, sauna and pool areas are fantastic to relax. Gym is also perfect, extremely big with all the equipment you need. Perfect stay: grazie!
