AFTER payment with credit card the owner literally went to argue with me about how much fees there are for them and how I should pay for these fees. She then proceeded to try to guilt me into paying 2 francs and expected to be tipped. She finished off the conversation with a nasty under tone of "hopefully nothing bad happens to you". Absolutely ridiculous and rude. It's your choice to accept the payment. If cards are such an inconvenience for you, then only take cash and take the financial hit of having less business. Food was mediocre at best, barely any options for vegetarians, prices slightly higher. Coffee was bad. Never again.

it's a shame 1 year without chicken is not normal

Serious lack of maintenance, sad animals, and very short. The best part is the restaurant's cuisine.

Personally, I don't know why this site's rating is 4.3. For me it's 4.9, for sure! I received extremely good service, the "menu of the day" is excellent and at fair prices (considering we are in Zermatt), the place is beautiful and well located. The person who helped me spoke Portuguese, English, French, Italian and a little German, fantastic! Good wines and beers too. Anyway, I liked everything; I almost didn't go because of the rating here, but I went and I definitely didn't regret it!

Excellent Cantonese cuisine that we find it difficult to find today. The restaurant is able to cook authentic Cantonese cuisine with good ingredients and presentations. We love it and will come again.
