Amazing service, great food! I forgot my backpack there and they shipped it to Zurich the next day! That's extraordinary service! I had a pizza with extra burrata which was delicious, served in a relaxed but lively atmosphere. Thank you Francesco for the excellent service!

There was no hot food like eggs for breakfast. There are things to eat and fill up, but they are not impressive. I liked that there was a bathtub in the room. Lying in hot water is good for working tiredness. A clean and beautiful hotel. I advise.

I have nothing to say about this establishment, the staff are top notch and very friendly. I come there almost every day. On the other hand, I notice that despite my email concerning the pain au chocolat. Nothing has changed. Again this morning I found myself with an almost empty loaf of bread. Out of the last 10 4 were perfect. That's not a very good average 😏🤔

Greeting? Wondering if it tastes good? Was everything good? Do we still want dessert? When we paid, the boss came and told us to tell us before ordering that we had the blue card. No worries. I'm not coming back anymore. Such bad service! Maybe think about changing jobs :)

We were able to eat as a group. A very good address, impeccable kitchen service. 👍🏻

We were brought back a boiling fondue 1min30 after ordering it. A ton of oil on top of the fondue, not really smooth either. I don't recommend. The staff, however, were super helpful.

A hearty and excellent brisolée (the best I have ever eaten). The meals at Botza Beach are always very good. The setting is superb in summer on the terrace. Inside, the room resonates when there are a lot of people. But the quality of the reception allows you to tolerate this noise well.

Simple, functional, well located

Flee the snack bar on the ground floor! We ate 4 dishes (pizza, carbo pasta, hot dog and a suggestion of the day). We got yelled at by the boss, we ate mini bags of candy after our meal and my son got the bottom of a bag of dried mangoes out of our backpack. The lady at the checkout looked at us nastily so we left the place without having coffee and we will not return to this place. The boss is not smiling, not friendly and it shows on his face. I would add that the food is very mediocre and cold.

Renovated hotel, nice, clean rooms with good WiFi. Nice reception, but only speak French. House and restaurant in a beautiful location on a terrace with a view of the Rhône Valley. Italian-style restaurant, excellently tasty pasta dishes (homemade pasta) and pizzas. Nice service, price/performance hotel and restaurant is absolutely ok. We will be back :-)
