Beautifully located, our favorite cabin. If you're looking for service, you're in the wrong place, only self-service.

Food: poor. Prices: proud. Staff: demotivated. Waiting times: unbearably bad (poorly organized processes). Never again.

On the evening of October 20, 2023, I bought 3 chestnut mille-feuilles to take away. Bitter and sour taste of the paste leaves and tasteless brown, prevented me from swallowing. Obviously, they were not fresh and at least 4 to 5 days old. Very disappointed, a little desire for mille-feuilles transformed into a disgust. (See the pictures). Very disappointed !

Coming from Geneva by train we discovered Sion and by chance the restaurant warmly welcomed efficient service quality products precise and delicate cuisine Very beautiful setting So simply THANK YOU if the opportunity presents itself, I would be happy to come back to your establishment which I recommend

Let’s be clear: you don’t come here for the food or the service. This is one of the best places to enjoy food with a view. And what a view it is. We had lunch which was decent, and a beer. Overall expressive but what isn’t expensive in Zermatt? Totally worth it

Disastrous romantic stay when we discovered our room coming from another century in addition to being dilapidated, dirty and not maintained. We asked to change rooms to a higher category which allowed us to go to an annex building being the Hôtel de France which was a little better but still limited for a 4 star. Staff during our deplorable welcome, not cheerful with little explanation. Furthermore, varied breakfast with quality products and pleasant baths next to the hotel. Despite this stay not to be repeated in Leukerbad!!!

Da viele Hütten in Crans Montana eher einen leichten Mensa-Charakter haben, fiel uns die Cabane de Mattia positiv auf: Platz gab es draussen auf der windgeschützten Terrasse ausreichend und wir freuten uns auf einen nachmittaglichen Kakao / Kaffee. Nach einige Zeit kam der Kellner und fragte uns etwas auf französisch. Da wir beide des Französischen nicht mächtig sind, wollten wir auf Englisch etwas zu trinken bestellen. Daraufhin beschimpfte der Kellner uns gefühlt auf französisch und wir wussten gar nicht, was er wollte; wir nahmen an, dass man sich die Getränke selber in der Gaststube holen müsse. Dort wartete ich dann einige Zeit, weil nämlicher Kellner sich um mein Erscheinen nicht kümmerte. Als ich dann Getränke bestellen wollte machte er mir - wiederum sehr unfreundlich - klar, dass es bis 15:00 nur Essen gebe und nichts zu trinken.Das war der erste unfreundliche Gastwirt / Service-Kraft, der/die wir in Crans Montana kennengelernt haben. Zudem haben wir kein Verständnis für die Politik des Hauses, auch bei ausreichend freien Plätzen keine Getränke zu servieren ...

Buena comida y excelente personal, muy servicial, nada era demasiado para el jefe y el personal. Especialmente si tienes enfermedad celíaca - dieta libre de gluten.

Personnage hautain et extrêmement méprisant. Il n’a certainement jamais entendu parler de nos valeurs d’accueil en suisse. Une honte pour la Cure!

Ci siamo concessi solo un break di mattina mattina con un caffè inferiore ai nostri standard e caro e un buon dolce; più tardi, nel pomeriggio, prima di ripartire ho voluto tornarci per assaggiare qualche loro formaggio: scelta giusta tanto che ne ho portato a casa un po' a prezzi neppure esagerati. Pur essendo un bar -ristorante, qui vendono anche souvenir. Euro accettati come anche altrove, sul passo.

En ces temps particuliers il a été très appréciable de pouvoir aller dans un hôtel ou l'on se sent non seulement en sécurité, grâce aux mesures d'hygiène mises en place, mais aussi par l'accueil chaleureux durant tout notre séjour. Une bienveillance de la part de le personnel, de belles rencontres, un délicieux menu de nouvel an ont fait de ce voyage un moment inoubliable. En sentiment d'attachement surprenant pour un si court passage restera dans nos mémoire.Clin d'œil au cuistot qui m'a garanti un repas sans gluten, alors que je me suis annoncé fort tard.Merci!
