We came back to the Hotel Etoile 🙂. It didn't take us a minute to decide where we wanted to spend our Easter holidays with the guarantee that everything would work 100%. And as always, our expectations were 100% met. Great breakfast, all conditions in the room, absolute cleanliness, constant attention to our questions. We are already used to Mr. Bumann recommending trying out the best routes of the season. This time we visited the Britanniahütte, among other things, thanks to his recommendation. That was excellent. We got the snowshoes for this route free of charge from Hotels Etoile. And of course we had a lot of fun attending the Welsh evening with the Welsh specialties such as raclette or fondue and the whole ambience, including the music. J'ai adoré acceder à l'hôtel en snow. L'hôtel est très bien placé (sur le pistes en même temps..) pour rider tout de suite. Le moment dans la jacuzzi était incroyable, nous pouvions voir dehors et les montagnes. Le personel est agréable et depuis notre chambre, nous avions la vue sur toute la chaine de montagne. J'ai pleurer 20 minutes. Le petit-déjeuner était un peu simple mais tout aussi agréable.

The team is wonderful. The room we stayed in was super comfortable and the breakfast was good. Diana is super welcoming. All in all, a super cozy place with an unparalleled welcome from the entire team.

The meat served was full of nerves... we couldn't eat it, the owner told us it didn't matter: no apology or compensation Picanha is not picanha (we lived in Brazil) We asked him for advice on wine, he offered us the most expensive without telling us the price: wine that we found for around 6.47 francs per bottle, really ordinary, sold for 48.- and which was not on the menu Poor quality, we asked for 3x jugs of water, he forgot We ordered “tapas” as a starter: forgotten (we didn’t say anything…) we were the only ones in the restaurant
